This is the PERFECT place to stay in downtown Des Moines. Walking distance to everything downtown, whether on the street or using the SkyWalk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment very comfortable. Would love to stay there again!

It was awesome! It’s was like I had my own little safe haven as I’m running all over dsm. Very walkable to places like Walgreens and close to Drake diner and other good restaurants on University!

I spent the weekend at Michael’s place close to Downtown Des Moines, and I will definitely be coming back again. I loved the location right off the river, and it was incredibly walkable to restaurants and downtown with a trail just outside the loft. Michael was responsive and helpful. Easy and convenient location and host. Perfect spot for one person or a couple.

This was the perfect location for us to stay with our dog for a quick trip to Des Moines for a concert! Easy to walk to restaurants and bars downtown, and could easily walk over to wooly’s! The place was beautiful and very clean, also quiet! Very cool building too :) Will definitely stay again, as we enjoyed the space, and Jasmina was great with communication!

Timothy was incredible responsive and communicated very well. We got to town a little early and he accommodated us for an early check in. The space was absolutely perfect for my girlfriends and I to get ready and go to a wedding down the street at the World Food Prize building.

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in and check-out. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was super clean with plenty of linens. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions and restaurants. The skywalk was easily accessible and provided a great opportunity to walk to my destination without having to go outside or drive. I was able to leave my car securely parked free of charge! The neighborhood was a little loud at night, but being on a high floor drowned a lot of it out. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, hassle-free getaway. I’m hoping it will be available for my next visit!

Great place to stay - perfect alternative to a small hotel space and it's in a private setting. The hot tub was great after standing in the rain during the ISU game. A great end to our Saturday night ~ Thanks Gina!

Wonderful, centralized location in Des Moines that comfortably accommodated my fam of 4 and my mom for a 3 day trip to visit college friends, relax, and enjoy family time. My kids loved the Pac Mac Machine and hot tub and the adults liked how much comfortable space there was for everyone. We walked to La Mie cafe and bakery for breakfast (it is a must for anyone visiting), took a short drive to Grays Lake for outdoor time, the Art Museum was such an unexpected gem (I can’t recommend it enough); and restaurants like St Kilde’s and Either/Or were big hits. The communication with the hosts was pleasant, responsive and easy! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Des Moines.
