This place was awesome for our group! Super walkable to places in Downtown Des Moines and also the perfect place to gather and hangout! Dan was very accommodating and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay!

Really enjoyed this location. We would definitely come back. Easy to get in, great location, clear instructions, and super responsive host. If you want a recommendation for food, we cannot suggest Fong's Pizza enough. Their Bahn Mi pizza was incredible.

Great place to stay close to downtown and very close to Court Ave. The studio is nicely decorated and has what you need for 1 or 2 people. Hosts were responsive to any messages sent.

This is the second time I stayed at a place hosted by Berhane. Both times were a very good experience. He was very responsive and provided very clear information regarding my stay, which I appreciated.

Lu is a great host, for someone who just got into it, you would think he’s been doing it for years. He was extremely friendly, had an excellent experience with him, great place to stay if your passing through, very clean, and extremely privet for it being a basement living area. Would 10/10 recommend.

If in town for more work, I will definitely book with Elijah again! He was very responsive and accommodating to our ever-changing schedule! Great place!

My family had the best!! The home was absolutely beautiful and spotless. There was so much to do at the house that we really didn’t need to go out. We were able to spend quality family time at the house. Thank you so much Taylor for being such a great host. I look forward to coming back again.

We had great stay at Kevin’s and definitely hope to stay here again on future visits to ISU. Kevin is a top notch host with quick, helpful responses. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was! It is hard to find a place with all of the pots, pans, utensils, storage containers and utensils needed, but this place went above and beyond. Lots of great details and extras like coffee/hot chocolate pods, lots of seasonings and even popcorn for the movie theatre room. Thank you Kevin!

This was a girls weekend, so the location was close to shopping, food and drink and not far from the outlet mall. Nice neighborhood area. The movie theater was a big bonus. Extra big, thick towels. Elisabeth responded quickly when we had questions and resolved issues for us. I would stay again if in the area.
