Polk County : locations de vacances

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Overall, our stay was lovely. The home is clean with a modern, homey feel. There are plenty of bath towels/linens and extra blankets if needed. The driveway is narrow and steep and hard to navigate with a larger vehicle so be prepared to park on the street if you drive a beast like we do (Ford F 350 with duel tires.) Not a "complaint," simply a fact. We had plenty of room to entertain during the holidays and enjoyed the open concept floor plan. We will definitely stay again!

I LOVED staying here! The kitchen was great and we made some fun dinners. It felt like the dishwasher, stove and fridge were brand new. I logged into my Amazon Prime account through their TV and felt right at home watching our fave shows. The dark, original wood trim around windows and doors made it feel really homey. It was super cold, but the house heated up really quickly and there were 2 throw blankets which kept us cozy on the couch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really liked your house and above all it is very close to the church to which we belong and we would like that every time we travel there we can stay at your house
