The Modern Farmhouse: A Relaxing Retreat

We were in the area to attend a UND hockey game in nearby Grand Forks, ND with our four adult kids, 3 son-in-law's, and 4 grandchildren. We honestly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. I think we spent the first 15 minutes of being there just walking around and looking at all the home had to offer. We really don't have one even constructive suggestion because the home was clean, well appointed, and comfortable as well as being beautiful! We loved the sweet little extra's like the candy on the beds and the sample of local chocolates for us to enjoy. The next time we are in the area we would certainly stay again, and in the meantime, we highly recommend it to anyone! One of our favorite Air BnB's so far!

Charming Cottage in an Ideal Location, Fenced Yard

Great central location when doing some hiking and college visits. Great place for our family with three teenagers and a dog. We loved having a fenced in yard to let the dog out and enough space for everyone.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is great. The beds were comfortable, but if your group is mostly adults like ours was, 12 people is a stretch. The beds in the basement are a pull out couch and a mattress inside the bean bag chair so if you're 35+ it could be a struggle. We did really enjoy our stay and were very happy that there was a well stocked kitchen, as this is the main reason we stay at an AirBNB.

I love staying here most affordable place and has 2 full bathrooms which was the deciding factor my my large family. We stayed for over a month Pantea was always kind the house very warm and cozy. Heating is great during the cold days. I love how there are alot of stores and a Natural grocery store down the street everything is convenient and near by. Felt like home being here truly enjoyed our stay 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Brian's. It was a very homey and comfortable environment. It was easy to navigate from. It was also very private and very quiet except for the cars passing with loud music. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This was the perfect spot for our group. The location was close to where we needed to be. The house had so much room but felt cozy all at the same time. Having two ovens worked perfectly for Saturday brunch. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and the towel warmer in the basement bathroom was a fun surprise. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Emily's listing. She had snacks ready for us when we walked in the door and the place was stunning. Super clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

We visited Grand Forks to tour the University of ND, college visit. Stephanie's place was exactly what we needed and expected. Very comfortable beds, living room and quiet place to rest after long days out. I would recommend this for future travellers.

Riverside Room with Nature View

Shannon’s place was peaceful and quiet. I loved the view of the back yard and the deer that came through was amazing. Shannon was a respectful host and was always asking if I needed anything. He made sure the temp was warm enough since it was winter time. The welcome sign and little treats were great. He had warm music playing for me when I got there. If anyone needs a great place to stay, I would highly recommend Shannon’s place.

Laura's place was wonderful. Low-key, and spacious. Great stay at a wonderful price. Laura was a fabulous communicator, and was always quick to assist. I would happily recommend Laura's home as a great place to stay, and would definitely seek out her place the next time I were to stay in Grand Forks. Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay and Coleen was a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable, clean and provided for a wonderful weekend.

This location was great, it's very convenient to UND and everything in GF. Clean unit, very comfortable, great space, and Chris is very responsive.
