We had such an amazing time!! This was perfect getaway for catching up with old friends who enjoy the peace away from the hustle and bustle. The house is so thoughtfully organized, finding everything you need when you need it. We have zero complaints and hope to return soon!!

I had accidentally booked for one night instead of two, like I had intended. Keitha was extremely understanding, cleaning up our clothes and other items we had left out. She even stored them in a safe place for us to pick up when we were ready even though she had someone else booked for the night after our stay. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated how she helped me out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed! Karen was available, responsive, and very helpful! I would highly recommended staying at the Modern Magnolia and will stay again when in the area!

The stay was comfortable for 6 grown occupants. This is my one and only complaint that was never an issue; however, I can see it bothering some. One of the bathrooms had a door which failed to lock. I promise this is only a nitpick, and the stay was really awesome. Only had contact with one of the owners and she was very sweet and helpful when we had a parking question. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed spending our 3rd anniversary here. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and sitting out on the deck after dark listening to owls and coyotes. Thanks again, Kristi!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Apryl and Owl Ridge! I have been staying in Air bnb’s in various locations since 2019 and this, by FAR, was the best one yet!! They were so thoughtful with everything from a HUGE snack basket to various toiletries available to comfortable accommodations! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Thank you SO much!!

Karan's place is wonderful! I traveled to Bolivar for a work meeting and her place was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous sunsets and beautiful sunrises, her house is situated toward the back of a quiet neighborhood. The house is decorated beautifully, snacks and coffee supplied, and checkout was very simple (start dishwasher, remove garbage). Karan is a great communicator and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, which I appreciated. I will most likely be traveling back to the area in the next few months, and certainly plan to stay here again.
