fantastic spot, away from town but close enough to be there in a moment for great food and wonderful in town things to do. beautiful mountain views with a hot tub, comfortable outdoor patio, fire pit all with a great view! very relaxing and comfortable. would stay here again :)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Daniel's basement apartment in Asheville! From the moment I arrived, Daniel was a phenomenal host—warm, welcoming, and full of excellent recommendations for local spots to check out. His hospitality truly made my trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, extremely quiet, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. After a long day exploring Asheville, it was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The space was well-appointed, and every little detail showed Daniel’s care and attention. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and cozy place to stay with a top-notch host, look no further. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville. Highly recommend!

Pictures don’t do this space justice, it’s even better in person! Close to all the amenities of HVL but still has a very private, country feel as you’re staying on a couple of acres! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen stocked, the shower had great water pressure. Super clean, everything needed was there. Highly recommend & we will definitely stay again as we travel to HVL often.

Loved the place, it was just want we needed for a one night stay before heading home. It was quite, very clean, and extremely inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Our family loves our time on the farm! The apartment feels homey and private. It’s perfect for our family of four. Our kids love exploring the farm, finding all the swings, playing princes and princesses near the castle, and feeding the horses. This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for the family. Good location for enjoying nearby parks and trails while also having a relatively short drive to Greenville and Asheville. This was our family’s second trip to Melodie’s farm and we hope to be back again sometime. Melodie and her family are more than gracious hosts and provide a warm and welcoming environment.

Jessie's place was amazing and much more than we expected. My family of 15 stayed here for a week long Christmas holiday. We couldn't have asked for a better home to better host. The house accommodated us all extremely well, including three dogs (two of which were large surprises)and Jessie was not only proactive, but incredibly understanding of the mishaps and questions that come about when that many people are housed in one space for that long. We even cooked a large Christmas dinner in the fully and well stocked kitchen. The house felt secluded and it was great for late night fires. It even has a large fenced yard space for dogs. Even though it felt like a private retreat, we were close (5-15 minute drive, depending) to all that Asheville has to offer....restaurants, shops, breweries, hiking trails, etc. And if we got bored with any of that, the board games are well stocked and we were able to stream/watch just about anything on the multiple TVs . This place is now in our top 3!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home! We will definitely be booking this home for future visits. The home is furnished beautifully, has a well-stocked kitchen, and is squeaky clean!

My wife and I loved our stay at the Treehouse A-Frame. We booked the house for proximity to Biltmore, and the drive over was a breeze. The house was stunning and had all amenities listed. The beds were also comfortable and had nice sheets and a comforter. We loved relaxing out on the patio and listening to some music via the Bluetooth sound system inside. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be recommending this place to family and friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb just outside of Asheville! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive from downtown and very close to our family, yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that gave us the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The house itself was incredibly cute, with thoughtful details that made it feel like a cozy home away from home. It was the perfect fit for our family of five, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. A big highlight for us was being able to bring our dog along. It made the trip that much more enjoyable, knowing we didn’t have to leave him behind. All in all, this place truly exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Asheville with family (and pets)!

This was our second time staying and we loved it just as much as the first time! We even got to see two deer right outside the deck in the morning. Definitely a great place to stay to support WNC.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was spotless, quiet and nestled in the mountains, with expansive views of the surrounding nature. We were able to rest and decompress as we had hoped. The house had great amenities that became very helpful during rainy days (i.e. hot tub, lots of board games). Jim & Barbara were super hosts. Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. You could tell they thought of every detail that would make a stay more comfortable (i.e. easy to access instructions for appliances, all cooking essentials). They even had fruits and milk for our use! They truly went above and beyond what would be expected of an Airbnb host. In addition, they gave us great tips and recommendations for activities to do in the area. We would love to be back and highly recommend this fantastic house for families wanting to enjoy nature and all that Asheville has to offer.

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.
