This home is beautiful and exactly as described. My girls and I loved it for a quick weekend getaway. The hot tub was a hit with my teenage daughters and having their own area upstairs away from the main room so they could stay up all night and not keep me up. lol. I would definitely put this on a list of return properties to visit.

Rebecca and Jeff were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just as described and pictured. Great stay, would definitely book again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods! We frequent the blue ridge area , but this is the first time we have stayed in Copperhill. Twisted tomato pizza was good and there are a couple of breweries downtown. Justin’s place was spacious and we enjoyed our trip. Would stay here again if i return to the copperhill/mccaysville area.

This was a great place for two people to stay. There is the small charming town about a five minute drive away and have easy access to North GA. There are lots of outdoor activities to do in the area.

We have a big family so find places to stay that sleep all of us comfortably can be tricky. We loved our time here and felt that it had everything we needed. Ample bathrooms and spaces to relax — indoors and out!! It felt like a home away from home.

If you’re looking to unwind, relax and truly spend time with your family this is it. Each moment was magical from the stunning videos, the sights and sounds of the Ocoee River, star gazing at night , cooking breakfasts together and fishing out back. I can’t tell you all how much you need to book this house. It was perfect for our family of 3 and our son’s service dog. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook , caffeinate and feel at home. Micheal and Beth were so sweet and kind. This trip was an important one for our kiddo who is sick and battling a rare disease. We are so absolutely grateful and thrilled for our time on the river. We will be back!

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, close to Copperhill and surrounding towns. Colline is the perfect host and I enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. She is helpful with suggestions on the area and just as pleasant as they come. I would stay at her rental again.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

Rhonda's place was clean and inviting. It was the perfect place for us while we visited family in town.

Lovely place to stay! We booked last minute as we were just passing through. The duplex was super clean and comfortable.

We could not have had a better experience with Karen and Greg. All of the reviews raved about their hospitality, and there was not one moment, I did not feel at home. Coco, their dog, is an absolute sweetheart The beauty of the property can only really be understood once you are there. This is a great place for a couple to get away. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

We came for a travel ball tournament and was there pretty much to sleep and head back to the ball field. But we could definitely come back to just relax for a few days. Great place to stay!!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10

The location of this spot is ideal to be near trails, or casino. Grocery store and restaurants are within 5 miles. The home is cozy and quiet. Enjoyed a restful weekend while feeling like we were home Thanks Wendy

Brooke was very responsive. We noticed they were out of coffee filters and asked about it and within 45 minutes (at 9pm at night none the less) we had a package of filters at our door. Great service!

We loved this cute condo in the heart of Blue Ridge. We came to specifically do the rail bikes and visit the cute town. The condo was in the perfect location. We parked and walked the rest of the weekend. It was also nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the spring weather. The condo was a very nice space! We couldn’t get over how nicely decorated and spacious the area was. It rained a lot of the weekend, but fortunately the condo was a nice reprieve. 10/10 would stay again!

Wendy was the best! Very responsive to any questions, gave great recommendations for dining and enjoying the city and has a genuinely kind heart! Truly exceeded our expectations!
