There is a bed and breakfast right next to the house with the worlds friendliest cats. My girlfriend was in heaven with all the love she got from them. For the price this was a great stay.

The house was fantastic. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the equipped with everything needed. The property was perfect for what I was looking for. Used the hot tub several times, cooked out, lit a bonfire, and even went fishing using the row boat. Would describe this experience as glamping and then some. The house is not secluded per se as there is a neighbor very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay here again, and very well may in the near future.

Beth and Carlos thought of all the little things you’d need for a lake, even for kiddos! The lake is beautiful and the outdoor space is exactly what you’d need for sunshine and relaxing. Recommend bringing food/drinks/groceries if coming in from out of town. Selection for restaurants, food, and alcohol is limited in Livingston. We came prepared and it was well worth it! Based on our research in the area this is the BEST Airbnb to stay at in Livingston!

Loved this home, the back porch was the perfect spot for morning coffees and the front porch was perfect for the lake view.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for a friend’s trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, and the house itself is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated since our group was traveling from different parts of Texas. We followed all the provided home instructions, which were clear and easy to follow. There was a small cleaning issue in the downstairs bedroom, but the host handled it promptly and professionally. As business owners, we understand that things happen, but the way it was resolved was truly exceptional and added to the overall positive experience. We cannot recommend this home and host enough! We’re already planning to book more stays here in the future. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and provided great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet for a good night’s rest. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It is a cozy apartment with all the necessities for a nice getaway. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. There was water and snacks in the room upon arrival They also have a Keurig in the room which is nice for morning coffee. Checkout directions were clear and simple. It is a very peaceful and rural setting. The road was a little rough going in but if you take it slow you will be fine.

When I first got here , I got aligned and adjusted in given time to get to my rounds, parables, and appointment. A roaring outcome!!
