Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Ausstattung ist top.Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter immer schnell erreichbar.Super fanden wir das wir genug Bade und Handtücher vor Ort hatten sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die Lebensmittelversorger sind rundum ausreichend vorhanden sowie gute Restaurants. Der Strand in der Nähe ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Des hôtes très agréables, disponibles, sans être intrusifs! Hyper réactifs, souriants, prêts à aider si nécessaire! Nous avons fait une belle rencontre et la barrière de la langue n’a pas posé de difficulté :) Le logement était très propre, très agréable et calme. Notre fils de 4 ans a particulièrement apprécié la salle de jeux (la sortie de la propriété devait être négociée 🤣) et l’espace extérieur pour la plus grande! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument PARFAIT chez Toni. La maison est très bien située, dans un cadre champêtre entouré de moutons. La maison est très bien équipée, et idéalement placée pour découvrir l'île de Majorque. L'extérieur est vraiment l'atout de ce logement et le jacuzzi le petit plus qui fait vraiment la différence. Toni est un hôte très agréable... nous avons été accueillis avec une très belle corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin rouge et une bouteille de pétillant ! De quoi commencer les vacances en beauté. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !!

Marias zu Hause war großartig. Wunderschönes Haus, geniale Ausstattung (Pool, Whirlpool, Grillplatz, Veranda mit Essbereich, Spieleecke für Kinder), herrliche Aussicht, vom Flughafen in Palma mit Auto gut zu erreichen und an Ausstattung blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Maria war auch ein super Gastgeber. Immer gut zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Immer gern wieder.

Herzlich, freundlich.Jederzeit erreichbar. Zentraler und mit besserer Lage kann man seinen Urlaub fast nicht verbringen.Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

We really enjoyed staying in the beautifully authentic place amidst orange trees. The place has a lot of character but also comfort. Even in March we enjoyed a swim in the pool and the jacuzzi. Also the tennis court was great fun, and there are many books and movies for colder nights. Tommy is very kind and helpful. The environment is absolutely stunning and the location is quiet yet central near Sòller.

Tolle und besonders saubere Unterkunft! Die Lage ist super: zentral, dennoch ruhig. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Artà ist ein schöner Ort mit vielen schönen Gassen. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Esperança war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für den Ort gegeben. Rundum war es ein toller Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Größe der Unterkunft (super für zwei Personen).

Der Aufenthalt in Joana’s Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – wunderschön, privat und genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Joanna war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns täglich mit tollen Tipps und Ideen unterstützt. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, wie sehr ihr die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Finca war authentisch und genau so, wie man sich eine typisch mallorquinische Unterkunft vorstellt: ein gemütlicher Kamin, reichlich Handtücher und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Super schöne Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen am Rand von Sineu. Super Standort um von hier aus die Insel zu erkunden. Das Häuschen ist super schön ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht über die Felder war wahnsinnig schön! Die Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns persönlich nicht gestört, da eher wenig Vekehr war.

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

Gotzan was the perfect host, this was without a doubt my best air bb experience by far. The location is incredible, the house and surroundings are beautiful, did not want to come home. Thank you Gotzan for such a wonderful stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Drei Erwachsene Personen und trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre für jeden möglich. Bis zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Antonia war jederzeit erreichbar für uns 😁 Danke!

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das haus sieh aus wie auf den Fotos, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns auch super, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses, am Meer aber fußläufig vom historischen Zentrum von Alcúdia war für uns auch ein Highlight. Isabel war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat aktiv und schnell mit uns Kommuniziert. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful home nestled in a peaceful village, making it the perfect retreat to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene surroundings provide a calming atmosphere, and the highlight of the house is undoubtedly the charming fireplace – a cozy feature that adds warmth and character. highly recommended!

Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

We really miss Isidro's place now we're back home. We had a wonderful stay. Isidro is a very considerate host. He left us lots of supplies, brought us cakes & regularly asked us if we needed anything... a true gent! There was pretty much everything you needed in the house already. The house itself is stunning & was a great family house - we had lots to do when some thunderstorms came, playing pool, darts, table tennis & watching films on the giant TV! There's not much in Pont d'Inca itself although an excellent Mercadona was only 2 mins away (there's a trolley for shopping in the garage!). Transport was really good for Palma we thought. The station is 7 mins easy walk & trains are regular. They stop early coming back (22.20). It's worth getting into Palma a lot... It's a beautiful city.

Salvador (der Besitzer) begrüßte uns herzlich mit einem vollen Obstkorb und einer süßen Spezialität der Region. Es wurde uns alles ausführlichst gezeigt und erklärt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Bel (ist von Salvador über eine Agentur beauftragt) hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Haus ist traumhaft - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig, ohne Mietauto kommt man aber nicht weit. Restaurants und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Auto aber äußerst gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool kann durch ein Gitter abgetrennt werden, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Salvador oder sein Sohn kamen regelmäßig, um sich um den Pool zu kümmern. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön. Die Schafe des Nachbarn nebenan vermitteln zusätzlich ein Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und wir können nichts bemeckern! Wir haben schon viele airbnbs besucht, aber dieses war das Schönste! Danke!!

We had a brilliant stay at Max’s villa. It’s clean and spacious, with beautiful grounds and a great pool, close to the supermarket, and an easy drive (or longer walk) into Pollença or the beaches at the port and at Cala Sant Vicenç. Max himself was super helpful - always responsive and he was straight over to fix the boiler and washing machine when they tripped in heavy overnight rain. It’s a perfect spot for family trips (we were 8 adults, a toddler and a baby), and we’ll definitely re-book if we find ourselves back in Mallorca. Thanks Max!

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Palma, wenn man es doch mal ein bisschen „aufregender“ haben möchte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit in Mónica‘s Finca auf alle Fälle sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub dort einfach nur empfehlen. Mónica ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin und ist immer da, um zu helfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!
