2nd time staying at Katie’s. Really responsive and the cabin was beautiful. Lovely new kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedrooms. The living room was a good size with a large table. Hot tub outside with a view of the fields with horses in and a small lake to the side of the cabin with ducks. We booked some spa treatments which were great for a girls weekend, we had head massage, facial, back massage and body wrap / scrub, the lady that did them was lovely. Really peaceful place and will deffo being staying again for another girls trip, we all loved it. Great that you can also check in at 14:00 so you get pretty much a full day.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Luisa's place! Comfortable, clean and very tidy. Everything you could need in the kitchen, bedrooms were fab! Huge lounge and lovely wood burner. Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be visiting again!

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

Highly recommend this spot close to Peak District. Donna is amazing and made whole process super easy. The place is so well done up and felt right at home. It’s a beautiful 2 bed with outdoor seating area. Highly recommend this place 👍🏽

Definitely my favourite Airbnb booking in 7 years!! The cabin it’s very well equipped, I’d say they thought about everything. Everything is super clean, good smell in every room. They have 4 smart tv’s, one in each room/lounge. Bed sheets were good quality and smelling really good. Good wi-fi as well. The cabin it’s reserved out of anyone’s way, it’s super quiet (you’ll be the last one in a cul-de-sac), you’ll only hear the animals and river which can be seen of 2 different bedroom windows , so from privacy perspective spot on, ideal for a couple or a family escape. I will definitely go again, I usually don’t even leave reviews , but after 2 nights I fully recharged my batteries. Hot tub was again spotless and the right temperature, both of us really enjoyed that too. The only suggestion I’d have which is probably not a must, more like a personal preference, would be building 3 walls to break the wind and probably cover the canopy/roof over hot tub. We absolutely loved our stay at Pingle Nook Farm Guest House. The place is ideal for families wanting a peaceful location. My boys loved feeding the chickens everyday & collecting the eggs. The house was well equipped and clean with everything we needed as a family. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Such a romantic and peaceful getaway. It was a little date weekend for me and it was our first time away together. We had such a lovely time, it was cosy and private which is exactly what we wanted. We were surrounded by beautiful views and had the company of 3 cute little goats and 3 gorgeous highland cows. The local town was a short drive away so could go for walks, get food and grab any little bits we needed. Everything was more or less provided. Even got hot water bottles, socks and hand warmers which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was different to anything I’ve seen before but it worked really well. Loved the outdoor kitchen area, we made use of the BBQ. It’s perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back
