David's Airbnb is a great choice for one person or a couple looking to get away. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars and just a short 7 min drive to Heavenly. I stayed at David's place for a month and it had everything I could ask for. The WiFi/Internet was solid, I did not have any issues working remotely from the apartment. Also David is super helpful and easy to get in touch with.

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

Truc’s airbnb was a great stay. It is very quiet and comfortable. Will definitely come back next time when I’m in Sacramento.

Everything here is perfect. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to journey out. 😉 East Sacramento is perfect for us; love the Canadian geese at McKinley park. We walked everywhere for days. The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Me and my guests had great stay at K’s love how much space there is for everybody so you’re not over crowding each other. We didn’t end up cooking for our stay but the top balcony would’ve been perfect to just hang out and bbq. Love that there’s a bathroom on each floor and always available seating. Would definitely book here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

We had the best memorial weekend at this amazing Granite Bay house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked, and the primary suite was epic. It was so nice to be close to Folsom Lake and the American River. We are thinking about making it an annual trip! Thank you to our hosts for all your help during our stay.

We had a wonderful night at the house. It was a close walk to the ballpark to watch the A’s. The next morning it was a close walk to the Tower Bridge and River walk. Sergey was very responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I’d definitely stay there again next time we come to an A’s game.

The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked that there were plenty of towels, and we didn't run out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers. Also, the house was perfect for a toddler; it had everything we needed like a highchair, crib and toddler activity table for our grandson to use.

John was absolutely amazing host. He was very understanding of the situation my family and I were. House was awesome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

Shirley's place was perfect for our little family. In a great location with all the amenities, it has everything you need - especially when travelling with a toddler. We had the best vacation here and would stay again. We would recommend this to all families and friends!

I brought my girls up to learn to snowboard for the first time and this was THE PERFECT place to come home too after a long day on the mountain. So cozy! So easy! Will definitely be back!

Great place within walking distance of food and things to do

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I came here to ski at Northstar and this place exceeded our expectations! The shuttle to the ski lifts was super convenient and easy (and free!) We also loved using the fireplace and enjoying on the super cozy couch. Host was very helpful and responsive, and offered a flexible checkout.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Incline Village! The location is perfect—just minutes away from the lake, skiing, and plenty of great restaurants. The space itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
