Loved the condo and the views, especially from the lanai. Would have enjoyed a small regular table instead of the end table for using on the lanai. Layout was very good for the two of us. And the ocean view was awesome. The outside of the condo was a little “tired”, but didn’t negatively affect our stay at all. Amenities were great, especially the beach chais and towels. Parking was straight forward and very convenient. “Baby beach” was ~ a 5 min. walk…it’s small, but very convenient. We didn’t like the high cleaning fee of $237, which is why we didn’t give the value 5 stars. This location isn’t as high-end as the Princeville area on the north end of the island, but we liked the smaller scale of this area. Check out the quaint Koloa Village a few miles away with the world’s western most brewery. Great pizza and beer.

This way the perfect location to stay in Maui. Turtles right across the way at the boat docks and a beautiful white and beach with a park to view the sunset. Loved my visit ❤️thank you

Esse’s place is a true gem. We were blown away by the spectacular views! My girlfriends and I had plenty of space to sleep, the closets provided us with lots of room to store our stuff and hang up dresses, AND she had a full length mirror for optimal lighting to put on makeup and get dressed to go out on the town in Waikīkī :) thanks for making our trip so amazing, Esse !!!!

One of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Tere and family made me feel welcome immediately, and are absolutely fantastic hosts. They gave me great recommendations on where to find good food, the convenience store that's open late, and best things to see and do. The penthouse is cozy and clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are stunning. Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony or the beach, which is a literal stone's throw away. Don't overthink this one. I'd happily stay in the penthouse again, or one of their villas. Meitaki ma'ata, thank you all for an amazing holiday!

Ciean well equiped unit. Amazing views ans sunsets. Not a lot around so need a car for sure,,The grounds were clean and well kept. I think the bed and pillows could use an update and the couch isn't the most comfortable. Appliances and utensils A1... Only downside I think it's a little early a 10 o'clock checkout. I asked for a late checkout and was denied, not sure of the criteria. Made for a very long day having to exit at 10 as my flight home was midnight so 14 hours to kill,,, a very long day, otherwise you'll enjoy the unit very much. Enjoy Cheers Gerry

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Awesome place to stay, we were in 2 top floor units that were pretty similarly laid out. Great location, close to town (walkable in a pinch but no sidewalk), food was incredible, and Molokai in general is amazing. Only negative: Road noise was audible at night we still slept great and I would definitely stay here again.

Booked for a group of 11. We absolutely loved our stay. All our expectations were exceeded. Spacious. All the amenities. Having no wifi was a blessing in disguise. Having our children cut off from the social media world was the best thing we could’ve asked for, as it built our children’s relationship as cousins. The breeze up there was a bonus. Would definitely and have already recommended to family who will be flying over in the next couple months. Thank you so much John for being an awesome host. Your property is a beauty and will definitely be booking future stays with you in the near future.

Overall great house! It was surprising to us that the host did not provide toilet paper, or daily essentials (first for us with Airbnb). Apart from that, the wifi had its own mood.. it used to work sometimes and sometimes not. Lastly, as other reviewers said - the neighbors roosters can be noisy sometimes.

As soon as we arrived Neil welcomed us with warm open arms even though we checked in late and were not warmly welcomed by the airport staff when we landed, which is quite important if they are your first point of contact and welcome into the country, Neil made us feel so welcomed and the villa was beautifully laid out and had everything we wanted with the bonus of having such a great host which made our trip unforgettable, we can’t wait to come back with family this time! Notre séjour sur Maupiti a tout simplement été paradisiaque. Un grand merci à Mélodie et Nelson qui nous ont accueillis et escortés tout au long de notre séjour. La location était conforme à la description et spacieuse.

Bill went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted to be comfortable. Fantastic communication and he responded quickly to any need we had. The hot tub wasn't working the first day we got there, he got it taken care of right away and we enjoyed it everyday we were there. The house was great for our family. We had a good time at the beach, then came home and swam all evening and had dinner there. The kitchen is incredibly stocked. The location was perfect for our family--easy access to a lot of different types of adventures. We loved it. exactly as the pictures show, so no surprises.

Beautiful house, great location close to beach and restaurants.

My wife and almost 2-year-old had a wonderful stay here. We look forward to coming back again. There was a view right from our patio of the ocean and partial sunset. The complex was relatively quiet and laid-back. It was a great place for kids in my opinion. We enjoyed the private beach and Cove that was frequently visited by turtles. We enjoyed the covered community seating area right on the ocean. The condo itself was clean and updated and well stocked. We were only about a 10 minute walk from a very nice coffee shop and a grocery store. 5 stars from us

It's a nicely put together place, close to the beach and the (extremely busy due to the holiday time when I visited) Kapa'a stores and such, that's very easy to relax in. It could use things like oil to cook with and air conditioning, and the upstairs neighbors had a kid that stomped so hard it knocked the smoke detector off the ceiling, but honestly it was otherwise so comfortable at night that I slept better than I had in so long. No major complaints.

Great view and location at a great price. Ronny also very responsive. The place was exactly as described and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The local community at this resort is really special. Warm, inviting, and fun for everyone. We especially love sunset and the salt ocean side pool.

Cant beat the location, at the south end of Kihei, just before you get into the wealthier part of town. Close to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the glass doors open right up to let the breeze in.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Hawaii! Cannot emphasize enough how awesome the location is - 12 minutes from Hāpuna beach (WORTH the entrance fee and plan a day there… you’ll wish you spent more time!) and make sure to get some malasadas from the food truck on the way! 1 hr from Mauna Kea, walking distance from two awesome shopping centers. Check out the walkable Island Gourmet Markets (ABC chain) for great food/grocery items as well as souvenirs, alcohol, local treats, vacation gear. We LOVED this store, wish we would’ve been able to find one sooner in Hawaii because of the convenience and cost savings. As for the Airbnb itself, beautifully updated and with great amenities. AC worked perfectly. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained, and communicative hosts. Neighbors were quiet, parking was easy, neighborhood is gated and very beautiful. Wish we could’ve spent more time here but alas, that’s Hawai’i for you :)
