Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Stephanie’s place is oh-so-cute(!) and had everything we needed with lots of fun extras! We had a few issues come up related to cooking and the host was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address our concerns. Overall our stay was super comfortable and we look forward to booking this place again in the future. Thank you, Stephanie!

Great place to stay with ample space and an incredibly kind Host at that. I was experiencing issues extending my stay because of Airbnb's payment processing system and the Host was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient the entire time which I greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is within a larger single level property shared between 2 other units. The living room area is large and spacious; The way its interior is decorated, along with the furniture layout, really made me feel like I was back home in my living room. The walls are very thin and I often heard the sound of the neighbors talking and moving things around. There isn't a kitchen but there's a standard size kitchen refrigerator and a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of clean dishes/utensils provided. The sliding door leads to a shared backyard/courtyard with lemon/orange trees which is also very spacious and surprisingly peaceful and private. There's plenty of room for street parking. Loved it! 5/5⭐

We stayed at Rachel's place for couple of days and it was a great experience. All the descriptions provided were exactly matching the actuals. Rachel was very proactive in providing entry instructions with all the pictorial representation and also signs showing where to park our car safely and also with all the entry codes to the house. It was a hassle free experience and the house was maintained clean and prestine. And the best part was the pricing. I highly recommend Rachel and will be happy to come back again😀

Staying at Samuel’s was fantastic. It was a last minute booking due to needing to relocate from my LA apartment for repairs, but Sam’s place felt like a home away from home, and I will be rebooking again in the future for a lovely little staycation!

This was a great place to stay right next to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Victor and Andre were very responsive and helpful. The place was very comfortable and clean. Staying here anytime we visit our family or have work in the area.

Adrien’s studio was a perfect Airbnb experience. I live in Los Angeles but was displaced because of the Eaton Fire in Altadena. Adrien’s place made me feel very comfortable and at-home during what was an otherwise stressful time. It’s in a great quiet location, very close to Whole Foods for groceries, Zebulon for music, Elysian Theater for comedy, and many restaurants. It was also extremely clean, with all amenities that she listed in great working order. I didn’t use the AC but the heat worked great. The bathroom was nice with a large and luxurious shower. She also went above and beyond with really nice touches like snacks and coffee available among other perks that really went a long way towards making it a truly comforting experience. It was a 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you, Adrien!

This apartment is very spacious & relaxing, and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Eagle Rock. It was easy to park in front of the house each day. The Wi-Fi was simple & extremely reliable, and the TV offered many options. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the desk was very convenient. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was perfect. The appliances make cooking & food prep a breeze! The only thing I missed a little bit was a microwave, but I managed fine without it. The window treatments are very well thought out, with a full set of sheer curtains, as well as an additional set of blackout curtains. There’s a large walk-in closet & plenty of dresser space. The Nest thermostat made the temperature easy to adjust, so I was always comfortable. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. My only suggestion is that Carlos could have a simpler more modern entry system, rather than a lock-box and 3 keys. I would definitely stay here again!

We were recently displaced by the local wildfires and were hopeful to find a clean, safe space for us and our dog and Teresa’s place was exactly that. Everything was extremely clean/neat which is always most important to me. The airbnb is in a safe neighborhood and we absolutely felt comfortable walking our dog at night. There are plenty of stores/supermarkets a short drive away and we were able to stock up on some essentials. The unit had a very clean/seemingly new washer/dryer that we were so thankful to use during our stay and a large new fridge to fit everything we needed. I’d just add that if you’re very sensitive to noise, it is very close to the freeway and noise is noticeable, but was not a big deal for us. Would absolutely recommend!! Teresa was also a very kind host.

Place was clean and had everything you need. It does get a little warm at night but nothing to be worried about. Everyone was polite. The food around was great and kitchen was clean and spacious.

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

This apartment is lovely. The surrounding trees and gardens made it feel like a private oasis. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

I had such a great stay at this apartment. The space was absolutely beautiful-super aesthetic, clean, and cozy. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better; everything from food and drinks to fun things to do was just a short walk away. The host provided clear directions, which made check-in and everything else super easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Hollys place was beautiful with a great view of downtown Los Angeles! I ended up arriving late because of delays with my flight and she was super responsive and helpful! If I come back to Los Angeles I will definitely book with her again.

Although quite tiny and with steep stairs to the downstair unit.... Nicole's place was very comfortable, bright, beautifully appointed and had everything you could want. The garden area was great and the views, really special. I met Nicole briefly in passing and she seemed lovey. She reached out several times by message to make sure we had everything we needed however it was unnecessary as we had everything we needed and were content there.

It was a great pleasure staying in Drew's place. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including laundry, a parking garage, a big TV, and a kitchen. Even more - hot tub area help me a lot with relaxing after work at a conference. All the furniture and the apartment is in very good condition, feels like a newly built home. In addition, Drew is the nicest person to communicate with; he is very responsive and always happy to help or consult about any possible issue. I highly recommend this place to stay!
