Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

It was more than we expected! The location is literally a few steps away from the beach. We found marina di campo to be the best beach on that side of the Island. Francesco is a top notch host and he makes sure that we feel like we’re at home and we did! Super kind and very responsive “lightning fast” . The place is clean, charming and updated. And his advice was spot on what to do during your stay. We would stay here again!! He also had provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach which is a big saver! 5 stars!!!!

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al mare e a un quarto d'ora dal centro. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a trovare parcheggio. In particolare Spartaco, il figlio della proprietaria, è stato molto disponibile. Un piacevole soggiorno!

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Serena a Casa Domingo. L’appartamento è motlo pulito e dotato di tutto quello che può servire. La poszione è molto comoda per girare l’isola, apprezzatissimo il parcheggio riservato. Abbiamo passate delle vacanze perfette e speriamo di tornare.

die Wohnung lieht oberhalb in der Bucht von Nisportino - in guten 5 Minuten ist man am Wasser. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und die sehr großzügige Terrasse ist von außen absolut nicht einsehbar. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut und sogar Spülmittel und Schwamm waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns sind von Marzia und Umberto auf herzlichste begrüßt worden.

Marianna ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise Probleme die Ferienwohnung zu finden und sie war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns in Capoliveri abgeholt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich allerdings um ein Reihenendhaus (was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war), was bedeutet, dass auch andere Gäste den Garten mitbenutzen und man auf dem Freisitz keine Privatsphäre hat. Wir hatten aber auf jeden Fall eine tolle Urlaubswoche.

Een mooi appartement in een gebouw met 4 appartementen, waarvan het appartement beneden bezet was. Het uitzicht was fenomenaal. Het appartement is rustig gelegen. De keuken is zeer compleet. Het bed goed. Wij hadden helaas 5 dagen regen waardoor we meer tijd binnen door moesten brengen. Dan is de huiskamer wat beperkt. Alle uithoeken van het eiland zijn vanaf Lacona uitstekend bereikbaar. Raffaele reageerde altijd vrijwel direct op vragen of opmerkingen. Een fijne vakantie gehad!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa immersa nel verde per 6 giorni, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, insieme anche alla nostra cagnolina. Punto strategico per visitare diverse località e allo stesso tempo essere in totale tranquillità, abbiamo goduto anche della bellissima piscina. Casa molto curata e pulita e host davvero gentili e disponibili.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

Appartamento molto carino, ben curato, pulito.Sandra mette a disposizione anche prodotti per la prima colazione. Inoltre sotto casa è semplicissimo parcheggiare l’auto.

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione che avevamo letto nell’annuncio, però le foto non rappresentavano a pieno la bellezza del posto. La vista è fantastica e ha un tramonto splendido ogni sera e una stupenda luna ogni notte. La casa ha tutto ciò che è necessario per un vacanza, unica pecca è non avere la lavatrice ad uso esclusivo ma alla fine siamo riusciti a lavare tutto ugualmente al bisogno. Isolina ha un prezioso tesoro tra le mani che senti di dover preservare come se fosse tuo, anche se per pochi giorni. Per noi è stata Una vacanza rigenerante.

Elettra was wonderful and the apartment was beautiful. The one we booked had damage so she provided an upgrade for free. It was the offseason in San Vincenzo but Elettra bent over backwards to help us find things to do and places to eat. She even offered to drive us from the train stop and to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was clean and beautiful and walking distance to everything in town.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte es, die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet – von WLAN über Jacuzzi bis hin zu Spül- und Waschmaschine war alles da. Besonders beeindruckend war die Gastgeberin Chris: warmherzig, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, man fühlte sich stets willkommen, fast wie bei der eigenen Familie. Chris war jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte schnell auf Wünsche und brachte uns sogar zusätzliche Bettwäsche. Als unsere Fähre ausfiel, half sie uns kurzfristig weiter. Ihre Tipps zu lokalen Ausflugszielen und Restaurants waren ebenfalls goldwert. Die gepflegte Anlage und der wunderschöne Garten zeigten ihre Liebe zum Detail, und es gab ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Chris' Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

L'alloggio di Massimiliano è un appartamento con ambienti spaziosi, luminosi e ben arieggiati dal momento che ha ampie finestre su tre lati della casa. L'abitazione è dotata di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno ed è stata consegnata perfettamente in ordine e pulitissima. E' sempre possibile parcheggiare di fronte all'abitazione o a circa 100 mt in un parcheggio ombreggiato. I maggiori supermercati e negozi di Venturina si trovano tutti a meno di 1,5 km. Le bellissime spiagge di Rimigliano e Baratti si raggiungono comodamente in auto in pochi minuti trovandosi rispettivamente a 7 e 9 km.

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.
