Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Bei Problemen hat Heidi gleich reagiert und weitergeholfen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und hat eine kleine, wunderbare Terrasse, die wie eine herrliche Oase im Sommer kühl und ruhig ist. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht um glücklich zu sein. Herzlichen Dank an Alessandra!

Posto facilmente raggiungibile e vicino al borgo di Suvereto (C'è bisogno della macchina per spostarsi ovviamente). Massimiliano è simpatico e molto disponibile. 10+ alla doccia che è bella calda ed ha un getto bello potente. Letto comodo. Siamo stati bene.

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. In der Beschreibung wurde auf die niedrige Raumhöhe hingewiesen, da wir eher groß sind, war das schon ein wenig herausfordernd. Gianfra hat uns darum gleich eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten. Wir haben uns wegen des Ausblicks und des relativ kurzen Aufenthalts entschieden zu bleiben. Gianfrancesco und Giuseppe waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns bei Fragen und Wünschen unterstützt.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Wir waren eine Woche Mitte Oktober in dem Haus von Federica. Alles super geklappt. Nette Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand unbezahlbar. Wir könnten bei 22 Grad im Meer baden. Supermarkt in der Nähe, Restaurants, Apotheke - alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Stefania è stata una Host perfetta.alloggio confortevole pulitissimo e soddisfacente. abbiamo lasciato un pomeriggio il nostro cane in giardino e Stefania si è premurata di andare a controllare che stesse bene .tutto come da descrizione e curato nei dettagli!torneremo!!!

Luogo incantevole, è esattamente come nelle foto. Bisogna tenere conto che si è a mezz'ora da qualsiasi attività. L'appartamento è confortevole, mancano alcuni accessori (forno/microonde, stendibiancheria, stoviglie contate per 4 persone). Il proprietario è molto presente, di un'ospitalità ineccepibile. Ottima la soluzione della piscina e il giardino che circonda la cascina completa la tipica location della campagna toscana.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Kety war sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, ideal für einen flexiblen Urlaub in der Toskana. Der einzige Punkt für unsere Gruppe war die Größe der Unterkunft. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen dann aber eher nicht. Sonst war alles bestens.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Gasflasche für den Herd war leer) wurde uns am Sonntagabend unverzüglich geholfen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der schöne Swimmingpool, welcher täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Prachtige accommodatie, ziet er allemaal nieuw uit, fijne douche en mooie buitenruimte. Ook de keuken goed uitgerust. Heerlijk om ook van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Een restaurant en supermarkt op loopafstand en lekkere olijfolie proeven tegenover het huis. Verschillende leuke plaatsen en strandjes op korte auto afstand.

Vi bodde tre familjer i huset, sammanlagt 14 personer, och vi hade en väldigt skön och avkopplande vecka. Huset har två välutrustade kök som vi kunde nyttja då vi hade huset för oss själva. Det finns även en stor sal med biljardbord på entréplan. Trädgården är förhållandevis stor och välskött med bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Det finns en stor pool med gott om solsängar och soffa och bord under parasoll om man föredrar skuggan. Ägaren som bodde i en närliggande hus tog emot oss och visade runt när vi anlände. Hon hade även tips på aktiviteter och stränder i närheten. Kommunikationen med Alessandro var utmärkt. Snabba och bra svar på våra frågor. Allt fungerade mycket bra under vår vistelse. Det enda minus är att huset ligger lite avsides och det krävs att man har bil om man ska ta sig någonstans.

Le logement est très agréable, authentique, situé dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme avec vue sur les collines toscanes. Monica est accueillante et chaleureuse. Instructions précises pour l'accès à la maison. Nous recommandons !

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und abseits gelegen. Der große Garten liegt an einem Berghang und bietet Platz für 2 Unterkünfte und das Haus der Familie, die sich diskret um alles kümmert. Die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum! Zum Frühstück sitzt man in einer liebevoll angelegten Sitzecke mit Blick auf das Meer. Leider ist der Garten ab etwa 19 Uhr nicht mehr nutzbar, es sei denn, man hat kein Problem mit Mücken. Das Haus an sich ist absolut authentisch eingerichtet, überall entdeckt man alte Gegenstände, die liebevoll zu einem Gesamtkunstwerk zusammengefügt wurden. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten sind angenehm straff und sehr bequem. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist eher außerhalb, wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit fährt man knapp 10 Minuten, nach Portoferraio etwa 40. Wir haben uns bei Lorena sehr wohl gefühlt! Elba ist traumhaft schön und wir kommen auf jeden Fall würden hierher. Danke für alles, Lorena. Grazie mille!

Casa comoda, condizionata, con una bella veranda esterna per fare colazione e cenare. Buona posizione tranquilla in campagna fuori dalla confusione delle cittadine e delle spiagge ma vicina sia alla costa nord che a quella sud dell’isola. L’host simpatico e ricettivo, ci ha prestato il caricabatterie del cellulare che avevamo dimenticato. Buon soggiorno. Tutto bene

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Grazie a Ingrid e consorte per la disponibilità cortesia e gentilezza L'alloggio adatto a 2 persone e non mancava niente Consigliato

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Vaporina agli inizi di luglio. Casa Vaporina è dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, ordinata e rispecchia appieno quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Ottima la posizione proprio al centro della vita cittadina. Il parcheggio non è prossimo all'abitazione ma facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti; è comunque possibile il carico/scarico a pochi metri dall'abitazione. Francesco è un host attento e sempre disponibile. Esperienza consigliata.

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebendigen Dörfchen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Dass wir mit ÖV anreisen konnten hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
