We had a lovely time at Dennis’s rental and feel that it was definitely worth what we paid. Having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach carts available to borrow each day was a huge plus for us! We staying in Unit 1 which is the end unit closest to the road, so likely a little bit louder than the others, but we had no issues. The front patio area is wonderful for outdoor dining. We would gladly stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The accommodations were outstanding, with every amenity you could possibly need. It was spotless and felt just like home from the moment I walked in. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were also fantastic—prompt in their responses and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I truly loved this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

This was just what we were looking for. A Hideaway that wasn’t kind of break the budget close to the beaches and shopping. A spectacular area of Florida. We will most definitely come back again. And Daniel was a fabulous host. Joanne Boca Raton, Fl.

Jeff was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as advertised. Really great location within a walking distance of plenty of restaurants along the shore, but in a quiet section that was peaceful from the nightlife. Jeff was extremely accommodating the entire week. He goes out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

I have to say this place was amazing. It was just like the photos and the host very responsive. The area was very nice and close to the beach. I rented this place to celebrate my 50th birthday and my family and myself had an absolute incredible time. It has so many amenities including a pool table and to be honest you don’t want to leave the house. Thank you Julie and I really hope to come again. Ingrid

The property is very well designed with private spaces for each unit as well as shared space for all units to use. The pool is fantastic with unobstructed views of the waterway that the back of the property borders. Unit 4 was quite spacious, clean, had all the advertised amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The bonus of this unit is that it is the only one that has a waterfront deck with lounge chairs and a cabana. We had a few minor hiccups with the entry code upon arrival and the Internet going down briefly during our stay. The host was very responsive and issues resolved quickly. The only comment I would share to inform future renters is that there was really nowhere to unpack our things as the closet is fairly full so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Be prepared for that if you have an extended stay. This was very minor for us and I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to another stay in my future!

Beautiful house with an unbelievable pool! Within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

My family had an unfortgettable trip. This was our third time that Debby opened our home to us. For the last three years, she has been extremely responsive and respective. We keep coming back for the amazing location and amenities that Debby provides as part of the stay. We have two young children and the house includes everything you would need to entertain and stay with kids. We highly recommend the location and hospitality that Debby provides!

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo just steps from the beach! Self check-in was a breeze, and being able to select your own door code is convenient. Well euqipped kitchen and bath. The condo is near everything, but oriented so that we didn't get any street noise at night. We'd stay again!

Ola, nos amamos ficar na casa da Lisa, tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem tudo perto, fomos 15 dias seguidos para a praia(detalhe a pe) e usando todas as coisas que tinha na casa, cadeiras, toalhas, ate brinquedo para as crianças tinha na casa. Passamos o natal e o ano novo, foram 20 dias maravilhosos de praia, piscina e sol. Somos gratos a Deus e a Lisa. Muito obrigada por tudo.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Wonderful bungalow. Close to everything including a Catholic Church! Also, download the circuit app and be able to get rides for 2.00 plus tip. Great service! Worked out great for us for a pre cruise hangout!

El apartamento es maravilloso. Tal como se describe en la publicación. Todo organizado limpio y súper completo! La cocina súper equipada tanto para adultos como para niños. Muchos accesorios que nos facilitaron la ida a la playa, sombrilla reposeras etc. Capítulo a parte es el balcón del apartamento. Es perfecto! Vale todo! El edificio está en excelentes condiciones. De todas las veces que alquilé en air bnb Graciela fue lejos la mejor Host que tuve. Muy atenta, amable y súper rápida para contestar. En resumen la experiencia fue maravillosa!
