The condo is adorable and the location and ocean view from the balcony are everything you could wish for in a place to stay. I would take my coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the waves. Vickie could not be a better hostess and she responded immediately with any questions we had. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The pool was well maintained and never crowded. We had a wonderful time and if we ever come back to Ormond Beach we would definitely stay at Vickie's place again.

Loved everything about Jenny's place. It was perfectly located for me! Awesome beach front with great sunsets! No key entry is my favorite kind of access! Super cute place, felt like home and I will 100% return, and very soon. As a small business owner, the price can always be cheaper, but when compared to a stuffy hotel room and same rates, I would choose this over a hotel any day. Thank you Jenny for such a perfect business trip.

After our Airbnb was cancelled the day we planned on leaving. Jenny @ Ania saved the day by providing us a quick booking, responsiveness and empathy towards our situation and extremely friendly and easy check in process after we arrived late. One of my favorite things was how secure the property was. It is a perfect stay for those who want Daytona but a more classy vibe!

Perfect location. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach. We walked it with our dog each time. The people in the neighborhood and restaurants were very friendly. It was nice to find places to eat overlooking the ocean.

Great unit to stay in! Beautifully decorated and seems newly remodeled. The building/lobby/hallways still appear to be under repairs from the recent hurricane we were told.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

When we travel with our corporate team at Botany Scientics, we like to choose a place where we can all enjoy and have private space, working together like a family unit. This was perfect, and we plan to come back. Those bedrooms upstairs have an awesome look and feel. Thank you, Maia.

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

We loved the convince of the location and the whole vibe! Great house, location wasn’t noisy or overly busy even on such a busy weekend. Perfect siZe bedrooms, bathroom was good size, and the kitchen/livingroom was just Perfect for our needs on this trip.

What a beautiful view with great access to the beach

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

Very nice place. It was our first time in Ormond Beach and we really enjoyed it!! The condo was nicely furnished and stocked. Beds were super comfortable. All the people we met were friendly.

We had a great time staying at Judie's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable. She was even so kind to provide snacks, waters, shower essentials, beach supplies, boardgames, and recommendations. She was very responsive and any issues we had, she immediately was on a mission to find a solution. She even kept us updated on unique things happening such as a rocket launch. She provided a perfect place for my cohorts and I to get away and relax. We had as much fun outside the Airbnb as we did inside. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. She is an excellent host ❤️

Great little studio condo bnb. You get a view of the beach from the balcony. In my experience it may change for others, it was extremely affordable. You have your own beach access, pool, and even a small laundromat on site. 10/10 recommend.
