Maryna’s place was clean, updated & close to downtown. It was a perfect place for a weekend stay in Sanford, only a 10 minute uber to the downtown area where there is plenty to do- & nice clean & comfy sheets, towels, beds & couch to lay on. Nice outside porch on the back.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Had a good stay here, Yomar was on top of things.

The house is very spacious. The host is easy to talk to and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Place was very nice. Right across from the beach. Coffee and pastry shop was a nice treat just below the apartment. Noise was not an issue at all. Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. She was very flexible!

Sonya was a wonderful host. She responded to all our questions with in minutes it seemed. Really wanted us to have a nice time. The location is awesome and the view was spectacular. Always great going to sleep at night hearing the waves from the ocean. The restaurants, workout facilities and store across the street were really convenient. The condo fit our needs and we are hoping to be back again soon

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

Very pleasant and peaceful in a wooded setting with chickens and friendly goats. Close to many restaurants and points of interest around DeLand. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return in the future.

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

This place was perfect for us (two adults and one child)… very clean, right on the beach and great location. My only feedback would be that the check in instructions were confusing. It said to check in at the front office but then the front office said we didn’t need to and the code to the keypad didn’t work… so we had to get keys from a lockbox. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

This cute condo was comfortable and clean. Simply furniture makes is comfortable but beautifully decorated. Beautiful view and great amenities. Easy walk to Bandshell. Also highly recommend eating at the Ocean Deck. Short walk looks old but the food was fabulous!

Excellent place! Extremely clean, spacious, and exactly how described and appears in photos! Thoughtful amenities, including beach chairs and towels. We especially loved the photo backboard and props. So close to the main strip and the shops and restaurants, very walkable area! Before leaving was already looking at available dates for the summer to stay here. Definitely would recommend to others!!!
