Loved everything about this place! Location was extremely convenient. Walking distance to pretty much anywhere. We barely used our vehicle. The one minor thing, (which might just be normal in PR) the water pressure wasn’t great. And even with two full bathroom, we could only shower one at a time. It wasn’t awful though. We just staggered when people showered. Overall, definitely a great place and would stay again.

Our Family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze. The house is beautiful, clean and everyone had room to enjoy. The pool is perfect, the kids loved every minute, and it was a great place to relax. There is a new house being built, but that didn’t bother us at all! We enjoyed the large porch every night. It’s up on a hill so you will need a car… but the view of the ocean and Jungle with the breeze is just perfect. We even met a little cat friend. 😻 There is a dog next door. But it was not at all a nuisance like others have stated. We also loved waking up to the rooster. So enjoy your stay and soak up the sun! ☀️ We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Layout is to maximize sleeping arrangements, but not a ton of space to eat and relax unless you use the rooftop deck. I absolutely loved it but be sure to realize it is a tight metal spiral stairwell to access. My kids also loved it, but for those that are not highly mobile might be an issue. Puerto Rico is the jungle- lots of wildlife noises at night and plenty of roosters crowing at all hours. Maybe bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping. All and all a fantastic place to stay while in Rincon.

This was our second consecutive stay at this property (previous review March 2024) & we were happy to come back! Johanna is an awesome host & was always prompt in responding to any inquiries we had. Since we had been here before, we knew the layout of the house & the neighborhood. The house is basic, not ornate, but we had what we needed, including welcomed bedroom air conditioners. The view on the ocean side of the house is spectacular…open the door in the morning & walk out to a gorgeous view of the ocean; open the back door & walk out to view a typical rural Puerto Rican neighborhood. Roosters crow starting in the middle of the night…you get used to them. We loved sitting on the ocean side watching waves, surfers, beach walkers, & just soaking up the sunshine. There’s a good bakery, Eileen’s, within walking distance & we ate dinner several times at Guaybo Sea Breeze, just a mile or so away. We already have plans for a return trip to Johanna’s place!

We had a beautiful stay with Robert and Raquel! They were extremely kind, responsive, and provided us with local recommendations. We were thrilled that they provided us with a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear. As for the place, it was super clean, perfectly located with a great view, and the AC worked wonderfully. The bed was also very comfortable and spacious. Planning on returning in the future, thank you:)

We loved the upstairs apartment and were thrilled to be within a few feet of the most delightful beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were spotless and the front deck, with the ocean view and continuous breezes was where we found ourselves when not in the water. Chairs, towels and all things for water enjoyment were provided. We were able to do laundry and rinse off after swimming using an outdoor shower. Internet and tv were available and Cristina was quickly responsive for any questions we had. This was a delightful stay and we highly recommend it.

This place has everything you need and more. Squeaky clean! Self check in but we needed help and it was raining and Rose got there in 6 minutes with umbrella for us. Very communicative. The place is comfortable for a family vacation. Great for small kids, the beach spot behind the Hotel is very nice and secure. The beach is 3 minutes away. The amenities of the Embassy Suites Hotel are great. The place has a back up in case of any outages. Everything you need is there: neutrogena face wipes, toiletries, Kleenex, body wash, different types of cooler for the beach, beach chairs, towels….. We felt very comfortable and secured. Rose is an amazing host. We will definitely come back and stay there. Everything is super organized. We stayed 11 days and next time we will stay longer. That’s how comfortable we were. Thank you Rose for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home.

The place was perfect. We love Black Eagle Beach and it has everything you need for vacation. The area is clean and people are friendly. The pool was a great addition to have available and was never crowded. The host was responsive and we had no problems. Only recommendation would to bring your own beach towel. We also found the shampoo and conditioner in the kitchen cabinet so it took a little hunting. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay and will likely be staying at this location again.

Great stay, full kitchen to cook meals. Very comfortable room and everything was as advertised
