My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! With five spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made for a perfect night’s sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The villa is in a peaceful location, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Dr Supot and her staff were wonderful to work with. Her place is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location close to 7/11 and a food market. No trouble getting Grab to pick us up or drop us off. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

What a fantastic apartment! Very clean and comfortable with the most amazing view from the balcony/terrace of the sunset over the marina and beach. Incredible! Excellent and very friendly communication from Bm throughout our stay. Couldn’t have been better. Will 100% get in touch with Bm next time we take a drive down to Pattaya for a few days. Wszystko było w porządku. po raz pierwszy apartament w rzeczywistości wyglądał ciekawiej aniżeli na zdjęciu. wielki atut to pralka na balkonie na dużym balkonie. mały problem to brak deski do krojenia i wtyczka do czajnika nie pasuje w kuchni trzeba podłączyć ją na podłodze w pokoju...

This place was so clean and nice, and the building was very nice and clean, especially I enjoyed the pool and swimming in it. Don’t miss it. Also, it’s located in the middle of so many different restaurants and cafes and street food, encouraging you to try different types of food. Finally, I need to mention that the host was so nice, understanding and helpful. Whenever I needed help, she was ready to respond and help me out.

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

I would definitely visit Kyle's AirBnB again on my next visit to Pattaya. The place had everything you need for a wonderful stay, 7-11 right below the place, good restaurants, massage hubs, bars, even the beach, everything was within 1 km distance

체크인도 간편하고 숙소주변에 모든걸 갖추고 있어서 게스트가 편리하게 생활 할수 있는것 같습니다. 개인적으로 31층에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

That was our second stay in this building because we love it’s infrastructure a lot. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are usually free from anyone. Vadim and Gulya are great hosts: extremely responsive and positive. Hosts reacted immediately to all our requests. The apartment is good but sometimes we had issues with the mobile cell internet connection speed.

Everything was great, a very beautiful place with insane views!!! Would come back anytime.
