For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Marcelo’s home is absolutely gorgeous-beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts you could hope for. It’s even more stunning in person! Before we arrived, Marcelo shared a wealth of helpful information about Citta della Pieve and the surrounding areas, which made our stay even better. The town is absolutely charming-a true hidden gem with breathtaking views! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

We had a wonderful time at Rocky’s place in Tuscany! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of Tuscany and just a short drive from charming towns, grocery stores, and great restaurants. The photos online are what initially sold us, but once we arrived… wow. The views are even more breathtaking in person! Rocky is an exceptional host - so responsive and truly the best recommendations for our time in Tuscany.

The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This place is truly breathtaking and the hospitality shown was incredible. Super comfortable bedding, very well stocked kitchen with all appliances. The attention to detail with the property is outstanding and it is so well finished, we felt lucky to be able to stay. Perfect stay, already want to visit again.

L’appartamento è davvero incantevole e spazioso, molto ben curato nell’estetista e nell’ arredamento. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Siamo stati sorpresi di averlo trovato attrezzato di tutto quello che ci potesse servire. Davvero molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La casa ha una vista incantevole, in posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima base per esplorare in auto i dintorni. Letti davvero comodi, due bagni attrezzati di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Davvero grazie di cuore per la straordinaria ospitalità. Tocco finale. Abbiamo un bimbo di 6 anni ed è stato molto bello scoprire letture nuove anche per lui, presenti in casa e a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We had such a wonderful stay at Tom & Colleen’s place. Their renovation of an historic property is fantastic—lovely rooms with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry, and also having olive oil and basic spices in the cabinet too! Tom and Colleen also have so much helpful information about the local area—history, day tours, restaurant recommendations, everything. I do recommend having a rental car, but the company they recommended was very affordable and we had a great experience. Truly cannot recommend them enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We spent a wonderful few months in Meinolf's apartment. The house and its surrounds are even more beautiful than the photos. It is on the upstairs level of a beautifully restored stone farmhouse, with amazing views of the valley, olive groves, and the centro storico of Perugia perched on the hilltop. It is close enough to town to hear the bells ring from the churches, but far enough from roads to feel that you are in the countryside. We came without a car and took buses everywhere, which was manageable, but not easy. Do not underestimate the challenge of the walk into town (30-45 mins depending on where you want to go), or to the bus stop (15 mins), both of which are up very steep roads. Meinolf is a most wonderful, generous and kind host who will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the space to feel at home. He is excellent company, a font of excellent stories, very welcoming and fun with kids, and was also very caring when we needed help.
