Wonderful stay, in the heart of town. Very hospitable and generous host, welcomed us with bottle of wine and treats for breakfast. Lovely apartment with views on both sides and walkable to everything. Comfortable beds, spacious, comes with parking. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice and a great location. Everything was clean and in good order. The television is too small for the distance from the sofa if that is important to you. The snacks on arrival were wonderful. The owners were always available for advice and help. Parking is a challenge close by but free car parking is available a 10 minute walk away. Recommend!

overall, a very lovely stay here, worth the money for the location and seclusion, plus access to the local beach. only downside was the room got very hot at night and there was no AC available. otherwise we loved our time here!

What a perfect location! We’ve stayed at multiple locations across the city, this is our favorite to date. Groceries right around the corner, walk/run/bike path next to the water just down the block, our favorite pubs/restaurants within 5-10 mins walk and if we wanted to head out of town- the taxis were at the other end of the street! The photos don’t show the size of the apartment- it’s much larger than we anticipated, comfortable. Everything needed is provided throughout the apartment and Paulo and Chris are very much available. The bedroom is conveniently located at the back of the apartment, easy to close the doors to the front rooms and keep it quiet enough to sleep at night. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the afternoon sun with a bottle of wine and watching the ships in the harbor, the people enjoying the historic church just in front… We will absolutely be returning to this ideal location. Obrigada Paulo and Chris for sharing such a gem!

Cannot fault anything about my stay here! The hosts were friendly and communication was great before and during my stay. The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed and more. The pool area and private parking spot were a wonderful bonus. The location was amazing if you have a rental car, with easy access to the rest of the island. If you’re staying on Sao Miguel I would highly recommend staying here!

Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's place in Ribeira Grande. The place was spacious and had all the amenities that you could want. It was a great centralized location to explore the island. The location was within walking distance of the main plaza. Street parking was a little confusing but there was a private parking lot that we had access to just a short walk away. I would stay here again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

A lovely stay. The flat is very beautiful and cosy, very close to the promenade, all the good restaurants, bakery and the farmers market. All the inside tips regarding places to visit and eat where excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an incredible place! The photos really do not do justice, it is so much nicer then it looks! Incredible location, great hosts, they left us some cheese/ham/breads etc. There was almost always parking on the road right by the apartment. I'd recommend it in a heart beat!

Excelente apartamento para uns dias de férias com a família e com boa localização. A realidade correspondia plenamente ao anunciado - quer nas fotos , quer na descrição ! Anfitrião sempre disponível e interessado. Check-in e check-out às horas que pretendíamos. Recomendável.

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

I stayed at this farm airbnb with my girlfriend and we felt so lucky to have picked this place to stay. The airbnb was charming and quaint, and we felt super cozy. Paulo and Inés even provided us with a bottle of wine, some snacks and fresh herbs from the farm as a gift for our stay. Paulo gave us an in depth tour when we arrived, and they were super flexible with our arrival time. The restaurant located on the farm was exquisite, and we loved each of the six courses, or "moments," of the dinner. The staff was extremely well mannered, informative, and pleasant to be around. Also, being able to enjoy the property and walk around the farm freely is worth staying here alone. The pool and the hot tub were clean, and the farm dog was so joyful. I would stay here many more times. This airbnb alone almost makes it worth a trip to São Miguel. Lastly, the airbnb was squeaky clean, and there were even space heaters for the colder days (we were there in November). Shoutout to Paulo and Inés!

Would highly recommend Pedro's apartment if you are considering a visit to Sao Miguel. Its probably the nicest Airbnb we've stayed in. The pictures do not do the apartment justice as its much nicer, larger and well appointed than in the pictures. The multi-level was great as our daughter stayed in the main level with her our bathroom. My son stayed on the upper level and also had his own bedroom and living area. The main bedroom on the upper level where my wife and I stayed was fantastic. Even though we stayed in early January, I managed to enjoy the outdoor shower option :). We loved the multiple outdoor decks. The main deck was large and had a great south view of the church.

We had a great stay at this apartment. José met us at check-in and gave us lots of ideas and recommendations of what to do during our stay. Everything was extremely clean and inviting and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of sightseeing around the island. We highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruno. Le logement est magnifique et a dépassé nos attentes! Tout était extrêmement propre et la partie extérieure (piscine, jacuzzi, jardin…) est magnifique. Il y a même une place de parking à l’intérieur du logement. Bruno a été très accueillant (produits locaux offerts à notre arrivée) et très réactif aux messages. Concernant l’emplacement, il n’y a rien autour du logement mais il est situé à seulement 10min de l’aéroport ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Bref, je recommande à 100% !

Great location to see Ponta Delgado. Clean, spacious and comfy. A few nice local restaurants.
