Adorámos a nossa estadia. O apartamento fica mesmo ao lado de um grande Pingo Doce, o que foi ótimo para nós. Quartos e sala com vista mar. Apartamento espaçoso e com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. Ótima localização para visitar toda a ilha. Recomendo vivamente

This was a great residence for a few days but also if staying longer. Very spacious with separate rooms for living, sleeping, eating and relaxing outdoors. The Cinema theme was awesome. The amount of effort put into making the space unique and special is evident everywhere you look. As others have said, sometimes parking could be a challenge but I did manage to find a spot on the same street and not at all far away. I’m staying here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Logement très propre et très grand, confortable et agréable situé dans un quartier populaire à 25mns à pied du centre ville. Bon pied à terre pour passer quelques jours dans la capitale !

Great location, beautiful view. The house was very clean and the welcome package of local assortments was a really nice touch. Communication was super smooth as well as the check in and out. Since we stayed for a week, they even cleaned the place in the middle!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring the island.

A great base to explore the city and the island. The apartment is as described. It is spacious with good size bedrooms, and nice to have the small terrace. The facilities for washing and hanging out clothes are really good. We are a family of four and it suited us well. As others have said, the mattresses are on the firm side; there can also be some noise from the street but this is standard for a location like this. Free car park just round the corner so you don't have to park on the narrow streets. The botanical garden 4 mins walk away is gorgeous and free.

Casa bem localizada para a base na visita à ilha de São Miguel, perto de supermercados, do centro de Ponta Delgada, do Aeroporto e das estradas que dão acesso a todos os pontos de interesse da ilha. Excelente receção com produtos regionais e a casa a corresponder exatamente às fotos. Cozinha super bem equipada e limpa, fazendo face a todas as necessidades. Casas de banho limpas e com água quente suficiente para banhos simultâneos. Quartos limpos, camas com colchões e almofadas super confortáveis. Sala com tv por cabo e internet wi-fi. A anfitriã Cláudia muito simpática sempre pronta a responder às nossas necessidades, providenciou ainda um bolo de aniversário para um dos meus familiares. Estadia extraordinária! A wonderful experience… felt like home

Cristina is an excellent host. Kept in contact from the very beginning and was very helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The place was spotless, well stocked with every detail of comfort in mind. Cristina's place was squeaky clean with great attention to detail in making her place very comfortable. She met us on arrival should us her amazing property help us settle in and gave us goodies to start with. Morning fresh bread was given and eggs from her hens. She had a welcome hamper too. The property was amazing and just like a hotel room with everything thoughtfully provided. Ponta Delgada was just a 10 min drive. Local restaurants were good too. Cristina and Paulo made our stay memorable and look forward to be back again.

We loved our stay here ! The blend of traditional Portuguese charm with all the modern updates made for a perfect experience. The house was incredibly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the coffee, teas, and other goodies Jessica left for us – it made us feel so welcome. The neighborhood and village of Achada were just perfect, and we truly enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Great place to explore the island. Fairly modern building, with garage for parking our hire car. 5 mins walk down to the beach. Had recommendations for eating etc which were really useful.

My boyfriend and I spent a week in this cottage and it was amazing. We felt at home with the couch, spare bed, pillows and blankets. The bathroom was large, beautiful, and clean. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also functional & probably the most well-equipped Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever used. The hosts provided us with everything we needed, even firewood for the fireplace and a speaker to play music. The bed was comfortable. We had a convenient place to park our rental car. The location is great because of the peaceful stream and private drive, but close enough to town that you can get what you need. It’s near the center of the island so our planned adventures were not too far away. We admired how the hosts preserved the history of the old mill in the renovation, it’s a well-cared for place. I would recommend this to anyone.

O espaço correspondia às fotografias. Para além de ser um alojamento muito bonito, encontrava-se arrumado e limpo. A nossa estadia foi bastante agradável, contando com grande conforto (camas extremamente confortáveis), e uma localização bastante central (tudo a uma distância de menos de 10 min a pé.) Recomendo, vivamente, este Alojamento. Ficámos extremamente satisfeitos.

Big house, good for family vacation. Very clean. Very good location, just 5 min walking from the ocean. Neighbour Matilda was always ready to help, when we needed. We appreciate parking for 2 cars, washing machine and dryer, many towels and terrace. Good choice for families. Very nice host.

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Polecam! Bardzo ładne, przestronne mieszkanie z cudownym widokiem na wodę. Gospodarz szybko odpowiada na wiadomości (podczas pobytu pomaga rozwiązać niespodziewane problemy np. brak prądu).

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
