Wow this is the place to book in Guimarães! We are a family with two children ages 10 and 1 year and stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable. The view of the city is unparalleled. Jorge’s hospitality is the best I have ever experienced. I could go on and on but just trust me and the other reviewers, book this apartment if it’s available!! You are in for a treat.

Thank you Pedro for providing such a beautiful place during my stay in Porto. The apartment was exactly as described. Pedro met me there to let me in and to show me around. He even taught me some Portuguese while doing it! The location is quiet. You'll be in the city within half an hour by bus and the airport is only 10 minutes away by car. There are also a couple of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend and would be back again in a heartbeat. Obrigado Pedro!

Apartamento maravilhoso e bem novo. Cama e sofá confortável, cozinha bem equipada com tudo que é preciso, e banheiro com banheira excelente. Só tenho elogios! As instruções para entrada do apartamento foram claras, checkin e checkout fácil! Amei!

Ótimo lugar. Cama confortável, bom sofá e a varanda tem sol da manhã. Restaurante,farmácia,parques e igreja por perto. Recomendo!

At the same time, it offers convenient access to a nearby mid-sized Portuguese city, which added a nice balance between peacefulness and urban amenities. Adorámos a nossa estadia na Casa do Castor! De fácil acesso, com uma vista maravilhosa e num local bastante calmo. A casa encontrava-se exatamente como nas fotografias e é bastante confortável! A piscina também é muito simpática com uma vista linda! Os anfitriões são muito prestáveis! Certamente iremos voltar! 😊

WOW!!! I am not sure where to start as everything is amazing about this apartment! Jose was a fantastic host, and very helpful. Gorgeous minimal space with everything you need to be comfortable. The apartment is very clean throughout. There are small details that will blow your mind throughout the house, from little pieces of art to windows that open for ventilation, a lovely garden space that was great for my morning yoga sessions. Location is walkable to great museums, as well as restaurants. There is even a castle across the street. The only problem was that we could not move in!

Recomendo este alojamento. Super limpo, organizado e com todas as comodidades necessárias para a minha estadia de uma semana. Tem lugar privado para estacionar o carro e até puseram um berço para o meu bebé com roupa de cama e colchão. Super reativos na comunicação e atenciosos. A meio da minha estadia propuseram-se mudar as toalhas e fazer uma limpeza no apartamento. A máquina de café avariou, no mesmo dia trouxeram uma nova máquina. Muito perto do centro, restaurantes e pastelarias. Voltarei a este alojamento sem qualquer dúvida.

Notre séjour était tout simplement exceptionnel . Notre appartement sublime dans un écrin de verdure au calme, très très propre et fonctionnel avec le soucis du détail, rien ne manque. Notre plus belle location depuis bien longtemps . Que dire de nos hôtes... Charmants, gentillesse, disponibles, de très bon conseil, tout simplement au top ! Maria et André sont de belles personnes, on a tout de suite envie de devenir leurs amis .

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en el apartamento. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila y a un paso de la playa. Joao muy atento, es un fantástico anfitrión. 100% recomendable.

A Francisca, para além de ser extremamente simpática, é super disponível e ajuda em tudo o que for necessário. Todos os espaços da casa estavam limpos e preparados para nos receber. Gostámos imenso da experiência e, por isso, recomendamos vivamente!
