Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Great spot in downtown Jacksonville if you were headed to an event downtown. There isn’t a lot of restaurants that are really close by but the area looks like it’s transitioning. Most restaurants and things to do are about a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

This was a great place for me since I like to stay in quieter areas. It was easy to find and very clean. It is a short drive to park at the trolley town tour and that gets you everywhere in town. The beach was an easy drive also.

Super cute and can’t beat the location! We travel a lot, and this was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Kudos to the cleaners! Chris and his team were responsive and kindly allowed us to edit our stay when plans changed. And they have thought of everything you could need in terms of amenities and supplies. Definitely book it!!

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

Cary's house was the perfect place for our family on vacation in warm Florida. The bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The public beach was close by, and we had a great time there using the umbrella and chairs from the shed. It was convenient to have delicious restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was also easy to visit St. Augustine downtown since it was close. Cary was always kind and communicated well, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Thank to Cary for making our visit to St. Augustine after 18 years so happy.

Easy stay, great location, perfect for the weekend!

Apartment was everything that you need with a comfortable bed with great shower. Only around 15 to 20 Minutes Drive to Downtown Historic St. Augustine. Many Restaurants and gas station near by. We stay for only couple of nights but we would come back to stay if we come back in area. Host was very responsive.

This sweet little apartment was everything I hoped for—quiet, cozy, and full of charm. It had such a peaceful vibe, with lovely natural light and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was safe and serene, perfect for slow strolls and just minutes from historic downtown. What made the stay truly special, though, was the kindness of the hosts. They were incredibly warm and understanding, which made all the difference and left me feeling genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in town!

We LOVE this location! Close to everything, so clean, Greg is AMAZING, and we love that you can hear live music from across the street! Our go to for all our visits!

Vagabond’s House was the perfect location for a girl’s trip for my Birthday. It’s very convenient to downtown St. Augustine and it’s a short walk to the beach. My friend and I loved all the turquoise touches and the unique collectibles and decor. The tropical landscaping with beautiful plants, flowers, and whimsical garden art made it all the more special. This house has been well loved and cherished.

Liz was a very welcoming host with a beautiful place to stay. We were so comfortable and everything was superb. The bodega, taproom & food truck were also great. We enjoyed a nice few nights there.

This place is perfect to enjoy the beach and discover Saint-Augustine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

The Golf Resort is a beautiful, serene and peaceful place to stay. The apartment was very cute, clean and cozy! The heated pool and jacuzzi were awesome! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Edward and Glenna’s place. Edward greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and gave us an insightful and informative tour of St. Augustine on a map up in the room. The Airbnb was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that was easily accessible. The room was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We would 100% book again.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this Jacksonville Beach spot! The location is perfect — super close to the water, which made our beach days so easy. Glenn was great with communication, quick to respond, and made everything seamless. They even provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was a huge plus. The house itself was ideal for my family of three — clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a getaway to visit family/friends in the area. Super convenient to US1 so getting around was always easy. The place was comfortable and between the dining room table and desk my husband and I could have stayed there longer and worked from there (next time). The full kitchen was super nice as were all the finishing and updates they did. The couch could be a little more comfy, some ottomans would help for putting your feet up. TV is a FireTV so seamless connection with our account and removed before we left. The patio out back was so lovely and the hot tub couldn’t have been easier to manage. Definitely returning and looking at their other rentals. All communications were answered, like checking if there were coffee filters (plenty), and check-in/out was super easy.

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.
