Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

Great location, literally steps away from food and shops and just blocks away from all sorts of tourist attractions! Inside is as pictured, small but very friendly with an enclosed green space off the kitchen

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Me encantó el alojamiento, inclusive extendimos la estadía. La casa es divina, las camas son muy cómodas, y el patio es muy grande. Karen solucionó todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos por ejemplo no había aspiradora y ella envió una nueva. Volvieria a quedarme en este alojamiento sin dudas. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la piscina no es climatizada, pero por suerte hace calor así que se puede usar

This house was exceptionally clean & we had everything we needed. Really nice backyard area where we enjoyed meals because the weather was nice.

Terry's place was everything our family needed for time together. We were able to cook meals (the fresh eggs from the hen house were an extra bonus), hang out by the pool, play board games in the pool house, and we had a fire in the firepit (the wood was stacked and ready for us to just light the match). We will be back next year. Thank you for making this a very special vacation.

We loved our stay in St. Augustine. The house was beautiful and even better IRL. The pool was so peaceful. Location was great and very walkable. Would definitely stay there again.

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

The house was so nice and cozy. Matched the description of the photos perfectly, and felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was laid out wonderfully. Linen, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The couch was great for enjoying movies during the rainy days. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with anything I needed during my stay. Already planning my next trip back.

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

This home was the best place I have stayed in all the times I have booked with air bnb. It had everything we needed and everything we didn’t know we needed. To me the bed linens speak volumes and they had the best. Very warm friendly hosts. We will be back.

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. Great host and place. Host was very sweet and caring. Would 100% recommend this tiny home for 2 people to get away and have some fun. Place was spotless and amazing! Super easy instructions and had a great time. 10/10 spot.

Nolan is a very good host. Easily reached. The house is perfect and he made sure the kitchen had everything we needed for our extended stay. The beach was just two short blocks away and absolutely beautiful.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such.
