Apartment had a really nice view. Really spacious and clean, a bathroom in each of the rooms. Great for friends and families. She was also really responsive - we checked in late at night but she made sure we checked in properly

"Very good" is what my 8yo son says :) The room is as described. Host is very responsive and gave us all the details earlier so we can read through them. The room is cosy for my family of 4. We had good nights sleep cos of good quality beds. The host has also provided more pillows than the usual. They are also very considerate as they take care of little details such as netflix, water filter, hand soap :) Really appreciate all these little things as this made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you host and we will definitely book this room again for our next stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. On top of that, the space had a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very spacious 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom unit. King size bed for master bedroom and queen for the 2 common rooms. Day & night curtains in the living room and bedrooms Unit is level 36 with a wonderful seaview. It was super windy when the balcony doors are open if u wanna enjoy the view. Many local eateries just downstairs from breakfast to supper. Across the street are a few 24H supermarkets. And Beletime Danga Bay mall just 3mins walk with a relatively big Aeon for your groceries shopping. Josh was very responsive and messages were replied promptly. We love this place and will surely be back. Thank you so much

I stayed there with my son for 10 days because we needed to do some procedure for his school in Johor Bahru. Firstly, check in is at the lobby with the security guard. They are very kind and helpful. They give you a card key for the apartment. Very easy to check in. Secondly, the rooms are exactly like the pictures listed on their airbnb page. Very cute decorations for small kids. Such a shame my son is already 16 years old! He would have loved the decoration more if it were 10 years ago. Thirdly, there is a small supermarket on the ground floor of the same building, which you can buy variety of things, for example, basic snacks, water bottle, toilet paper and stationary. There is another supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance which is even bigger than the other one. Finally, finding a place is very easy for a grab driver. I had been using a grab for taxi and for food twice or three times a day and never had a trouble for driver to find a place.

Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

I would highly recommend this apartment. Value for money; the host is very responsive and very helpful. It is clean, peaceful, and quiet if you want to go on a short staycation and getaway. I would definitely return here, and I have even recommended that some friends check out this flat.

The airbnb that i booked was not ready to check in but Kee Yao gave me another airbnb house for us to stayed in and it was very cozy and comfortable. His service is great he drove us to the another airbnb and he recommend us some famous cafe and dishes around the airbnb. His service was really good and i will book from him again.

Arale's house was well maintained. The location is very near to Austin and Tebrau by car. Its worth it for the price we pay especially with 2 bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment. The unit was exactly as described - comfortably furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including high speed WiFi and a smart TV. En, our host, was very attentive, responsive, and helpful. The stunning city view from the balcony was an added bonus and we will definitely return here again!

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan menginap di unit ini, ruangan sesuai dengan foto yang ditampilkan, Bersih, lengkap dengan mesin cuci, setrika uap, dan perlengkapan sabun cuci, dll Enaknya tinggal di kondo gini ga perlu bawa baju banyak bisa langsung tinggal cuci aja. Anak-anak sangat senang sekali tinggal disini mereka role play jadi pirates dan seru sekali. Kami juga ada menginap di legoland hotel tapi anak-anak lebih senang menginap di unit OOOU homestay katanya lebih senang & bagus menginap disini. Sangat rekomen buat yang bawa anak-anak untuk menginap disini. Intruksi jelas, owner menjelaskan dengan sangat lengkap, proses check ini yang mudah, lokasi dekat ada di seberang legoland & medini mall cukup nyebrang 1x aja. Dapat welcome snack untuk anak-anak. Untuk air minum bisa ambil sendiri di kran filter dan dipanaskan lagi di teko. Pengalaman yang menyenangkan, dan suatu saat kembali ke johor akan menginap disini lagi atau coba unit kondo dengan tema yang lain disini. 😍❤️

Uncle Sam ,the host very responsive, very details instructions on how to check in. answered all my questions and even suggested local food and attractions to us . The place is spotless clean and new , bedsheets etc cleaned and nice to sleep on . we enjoyed the nice and clean swimming pool facilities too .

the apartment was huge and spacious for our 2 families that had 12 of us. we were there for a short time so did not get to use the amenities. but the room itself was comfortable! thank you for the quick replies as it gives us reassurance.

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

It’s clean and the deco are nicer than most. More importantly the toilet is very clean no signs of mould. Do note this is tower B and not tower A

The unit is simple yet beautiful. There’s zataar who sells excellent arabic food and halal mee tarik at the next tower. Can also get groceries easily too. Also quiet from the busy bandar area.

Host was responsive and accommodated to our request for late check out. Unit was neat and tidy. Place was clean, although floor was extremely slippery.

3rd time back to this unit. Great place. Very near to Legoland (5mins walk). Responsive host, clean unit. Would hope that the 2 sofa sets be changed soon as the sitting portion had sagged worse and worse from my 1st visit till now.

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.
