Great place for a big family gathering. Ample of room and lots of extra beds everywhere. Our family had a great time coming together here. Highly recommend and location is perfect

Place is peaceful, quiet & safe. We had a comfortable stay. All the bedrooms come with an attached bathroom, which is very convenient. Will definitely rebook when comes in big group.

The place was cosy and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. Enjoyed many of the amenities that the place had to offer. Swimming pool was clean. However, the fan at the bbq pit was abit dusty and some of the dust went into the food. Overall, we had a wonderful time with our friends. Would come here again.

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Thank you for a wonderful experience! Our families truly enjoyed the karaoke, pool table, swimming pool and more! It was easy to find and the place was well maintained with enough space for everyone! Will come back again:)

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

Big house with 6 bedrooms, was able to accommodate my extended family of 9 with room to spare. We enjoyed the BBQ, KTV, mahjong and pool! There were security guards checking the entry and exit so we felt safe although the location was remote. Good place to catch up and spend holidays with family and friends. Thank you for hosting us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and friendly. Instructions provided were clear and we had a very smooth check in process. The place was clean and great. Our kids enjoyed the indoor playground and clean jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again when we can.

Cynthia and team was very responsive and even had a chat to make sure I could reach them easily! There were a lot of eateries nearby and also all the amenities in the house allowed us to enjoy different types of activities within the same space. Great for team bonding as there are communal areas where we can have presentations and do table top games :) also, pleasantly surprised that it's so near to customs!! would definitely visit again if there's a chance, thank you team!!

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

MingJie's place was exactly as described. Check in was simple. Quite a safe location. The air conditioning in the landed property was strong. The whole house was cold within minutes. Rooms were all clean. MingJie was a good host and replies messages quickly.

The property looks exactly like the photos on the listing—spacious and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We were a group of 10, and the space comfortably accommodated us, and even larger groups. The table futsal, mahjong set, swimming pool, and BBQ area were definitely the highlights, providing lots of opportunities for fun, laughter, and bonding. The property was spotless, and the surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and private. We hardly saw anyone other than the occasional security patrol on bikes, which made the experience feel even more secluded. While there’s no convenience store within walking distance, a quick Grab ride took us to a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, and Aeon Shopping Mall was just 20 minutes by car. We had no problem making one trip each day to pick up whatever we needed. One small suggestion for improvement would be to address some minor maintenance issues, like loose bathroom hangers and taps. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and would return to stay.
