Il mio soggiorno a Parigi è stato semplicemente perfetto grazie a questo appartamento! La posizione è fantastica, ben collegata ai mezzi di trasporto e vicina a tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort, esattamente come descritto. Un vero angolo di pace dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e confortevole a Parigi! Sonia è stata un’host eccezionale! Fin dall’inizio è stata super disponibile e gentile, rispondendo sempre rapidamente a qualsiasi domanda. Ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole, permettendoci anche di fare il check-in in anticipo, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La sua ospitalità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale.Grazie mille, Sonia 😊

Maison idéale pour un séjour entre amis. La maison est bien fonctionnelle, chacun avait son espace pour la nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et ravis de profiter de la maison et de découvrir Beauvais et son quartier piéton avec le beau marché de Noël, l'aire de jeux et le manège pour les enfants ! Seul bémol : un espace de vie au rdc un peu petit pour un groupe avec 6 enfants (en période hivernale pas de possibilité de profiter du bel espace extérieur)

This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible rooftop and view - you can't find anything else like it in Paris. Wrapping up each night on the balcony with a bottle of wine and a view of the city - unforgettable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, central, and packed with incredible restaurants. The passageway/market below the apartment is lively and likewise filled with places to eat and drink. Of note, the bathroom, which is private and locked for only our use, is located outside of the apartment and down the hall, so just something to be aware of. Daniela, the host, was extremely friendly with lots of great recs in the area. I can't recommend this place enough.

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

It was an amazing apartment equipped with everything we enjoyed staying with my wife and I, it felt like we were in our own home, it is very beautiful and close to everything especially since the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance and the Champs-Elysees is only meters away

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont tout expliqué et sont toujours restés disponibles en cas de besoin. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d’un parking, ainsi que la proximité d’un Carrefour, d’une boulangerie, pharmacie et d’un arrêt de RER. Pour nous n’est pas très pratique d’avoir une seule clé, mais nous nous sommes adaptés. Tout s’est très bien passé. Merci !

Pedros place is VERY clean!!!!! Its soacious and veds are comfortable. Shuttle service and very close to airport. They have a restaurant downstairs so very convenient!
