We have just arrived home after the most wonderful stay at John’s Barn. Bobbie was the perfect host - and the property - well, all you can say is wow! Our transport-mad toddler absolutely loved the tractor, playground and toy chest - and of course, seeing the real tractor, trailer and diggers nearby. We will be back! We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very close to everything you could need. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Karen was a great host

We had a lovely weekend to spend some time together as a family. We enjoyed being close to the new forest and the beach. We used the on site swimming pool which was great.

We had the most fantastic time - the lodge was clean, beautifully furnished and cosy on a cold March evening with the wood burner - loved the record player with the albums - The little touches such as biscuits, coffee and croissants were appreciated as were the refillable bottles of hand wash, shampoo etc. You can immediately tell that the owners have put a lot of hard work and love into their property. My friends and I were together for our 50th birthday celebrations and downtime from our hectic lives and we couldn’t have picked a more idyllic spot. Beautiful walks, fabulous scenery and such a calm quiet place. An ideal location to explore the coast and also the local high street with pubs and restaurants is an easy walk - the hot tub was an absolute added bonus. All communication from the hosts was spot on - Thank you and we will be back again.

We had a lovely few days stay at Mel’s house - we felt right at home and it was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Mel has decorated it with care and attention to detail. It’s a lovely place to stay and so easy to get to Poole Quay. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again - if she’d have us!!!

We had an amazing weekend at The Bungalow in Dorset. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning lake view and the peaceful setting. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The living area was cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bedrooms provided a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, with a powerful shower and fresh towels. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hosts clearly put great care into ensuring a fantastic stay. We loved exploring the nearby walking trails and charming villages, but the bungalow itself was so wonderful that we spent most of our time enjoying its tranquility. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we left feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Dorset, The Bungalow is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Great three days staying here. Mothers and daughters pre Christmas getaway. Cosy house. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Bonus of a parking space too. Very close to the cute village with some nice little shops, pubs, and restaurants. The green looked gorgeous with all the Christmas tree lights. Very festive. Charlotte responded immediately to one request and allowed us an early check in which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and hope to again in the near future. Lovely tractor house to stay in. Has all the things you’d expect in a studio flat. Not very accessible if you don’t have a car fyi (not a fault of the place at all) but otherwise lovely.

This property has got to be in the best position right on the sea front. Everything on your doorstep including the beach. The flat is deceptively spacious and has pretty much everything you need and more. Don is a legend and from the moment I booked this flat nothing was too much trouble and very informative. can't wait to go back!!!

We stayed fir three nights in Forget-me -Not, which was peaceful, well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us to be with nature and there were some great nature walks from the door. RSPB Arne is only a short drive away, as is Wareham, which has lots of great local amenities. Jay and Jo were friendly hosts and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay, including a little welcoming breakfast basket. We loved the views across the lake and we'll definitely be back for a spring break next year. I'd highly recommend this little gem.

The caravan’a main living area felt much more spacious than we imagined and there was quite a good sea view. It was right by the amenities yet still quiet. Parking was a little tricky but we have a big car and you can always use the main car park which always had spaces and felt very safe. Lovely resort with friendly, helpful and professional staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Cabin. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. When I initially read that the hosts live above it nearly put me off but I’m so glad it didn’t as we wouldn’t have even known they were there, very non intrusive but all the while on hand replying when needed and very friendly. Beautifully clean cabin. Lovely sunset walk to the harbour and the paddle boards were great fun! We are already planning a trip back to stay here in the summer- can’t wait ☺️

What a lovely peaceful location overlooking the lake! All arrangements and communications were great and Frederick made sure we were settled with friendly information about the property and area. The flat had all the home comforts, was well presented and clean and we really enjoyed the views whilst dining and relaxing! The added bonus of safe parking and the flat being in walking distance from everything ensured we had a very relaxing stay!

I would highly recommend staying at Sandra's beautiful cottage. It is so well equipped, comfortable and cosy - a real home from home - and idea for long and short stays. Everything was immaculate and the bed and sofas were so comfy. And Cookie loved the dog bed and bowls that were provided. Sandra has provided lots of ideas for trips and places to eat locally. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Old Keeper's Cottage, Hazel was a welcoming, communicative and friendly host. I had mentioned that it was my husband's birthday and she left a card and gift for him.on arrival, which was very kind and appreciated. Our family had a fantastic time exploring the woodland and the boat house made a great spot for a picnic. We enjoyed a meal at the Silver Plough locally, a great recommendation from Hazel. We also enjoyed the Dutchtub. As is to be expected, it took some hours to heat up, but once ready it was very relaxing and worth the wait! We loved our stay and would recommend Hazel and her cottage.

Estuary Cottage was the perfect sanctuary for a couple of days. Tucked away on the edge of the estuary it was ideal for exploring the local area. The property was a great size for my parents and I - it had every thing we needed and was lovely and clean, warm and quiet. Susie was really quick to reply with recommendations for the ferry. I would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a peace and calm. The Red Lion pub was a short walk through the field and was perfect for an evening drink / dinner.

We had a brilliant stay at the Pink House! The house itself was beautifully decorated and was warm and inviting - we felt really at home here. Deborah was very friendly and responsive in her communication and sent us lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The garden was really private and we loved the built in BBQ and home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, and the welcome basket that we're waiting for us when we arrived. The Pink House is in a great location with walks right from the front door and only 15-30 mins drive to the various beaches. We had a wonderful stay and wished we booked for longer - we'll definitely be back again!

We have just returned from the Red Cottage, a weekend celebrating a special birthday with family. The cottage was in a great location for the restaurants we had booked. The 3 en suite rooms were beautiful, giving everyone their own space but with a lovely lounge to enjoy together. Thank you for such a lovely stay! We would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again!

We have had a fabulous time in Lisa’s holiday home. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Warm comfortable good quality furniture and fittings. The enclosed garden was perfect and we felt safe letting our dog out to enjoy the fresh air. Walks on the estate ( and surrounding area ) were excellent and not too tiring. Two local pubs were excellent, good food friendly staff and good value for money. All in all a great holiday and excellent accommodation. Lisa always responded quickly to any questions we had and her son was always around if we had any questions. Finally we needed access to a freezer and host kindly let us theirs. 10 out of 10

Immaculate, cosy retreat, easy walking distance to the coastal paths and nature reserves. The whole house, but particularly the kitchen, was really well equipped. Lots of lovely little touches that made it feel like a home, for example having a throw folded on the sofa ready to snuggle up with in the evenings. Very comfy beds. Fantastic wet room bathroom. Felt really cosy, quiet and private.
