My neighbors and I were traveling around the Oazrks for a few days on motorcycles. Ladonna's place was perfect for us. It was close to Hot Springs to the south and great riding to the north. Even though it was only a few minutes to gas stations and a Walmart, the location and surroundings made it feel like you were out in the country. The home was spotless and had all the furnishings we needed.

Our family was very pleased with the house and all that went with it. It was clean and comfortable. This is by no means a complaint, just a suggestion. The only thing we would suggest is just a little more seating in the living room. We will most likely stay here again in the future and we have a friend who lives in that area and may want to rent it for his family that comes in to visit. Thank you for the Christmas decorations as it made it very festive for our family. What a great time! Thank You!

Wow! If you are hosting a larger family or group, this home is perfectly arranged to give each ‘pod’ an escape. The property is gorgeous in Winter, and my gardener’s eye spies LOTS of plants that are currently dormant, and will be gorgeous in Spring and Summer. Well appointed. Comfortable. GREAT for cooking for large groups! Mather Lodge Restaurant is just up the mountain and the breakfast service is friendly and the menu is yummy! The views are world class. Wake up to the Arkansas River and a private overlook view. I can’t wait to dip into the pool in Summer… we are already planning our next trip to Paw Paw Tree Estate! Pool table, ping pong table, lovely pool in warmer months, jacuzzi tub, SO many showers and bathrooms, SO many beds, toys, televisions, reliable Wifi, convenient to shopping and provisions… I mean, I haven’t even touched the surface! The host is responsive, helpful, friendly, and just good people. (Thank you!) Don’t skip out on this Natural State gem!

Only problem we had finding prop was expecting to see number on mailbox instead of fence. Everything we needed was provided and more. Everyone from young children to grandparents enjoyed the property. Loved the ambience of the rustic cabin and aroma of cedar. The baked treats were a very nice touch. Lots of room for a gathering of people. Only issue was step up to the back area. Plenty to do on the property in addition to the local attractions. We were all enthralled interacting with the horses. Came prepared to let the little ones try fishing but didn’t get to it. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a place to relax and unwind from the rat race of daily living. Every need anticipated; just need to provide your own meals outside of breakfast.

We had a great stay at the tiny cabin while on a hiking trip. The cabin was very clean and had everything you would need! Tiffany was very accommodating and sweet.

Beautiful house with an amazing view! Very clean with comfortable master bed (only one we used) and a very nice master bathroom. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Karen.
