Had an amazing stay, very peaceful place to enjoy with your friends

I loved my stay here! The place was spacious, the community was peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay again if I’m ever back!

***Comfortable Stay*** I had a wonderful experience staying at Gayuzz In. The communication was fantastic – Aswin was responsive and helpful from the start. The property was exactly as described, and even better in person! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Great and comfortable stay with a well furnished house and well equipped kitchen with utensils and other grocery and daily use items. Would be great if the curtains can be of a darker shade to avoid sunlight and have privacy. overall a wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

My mom, sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Janice’s beautiful home in Kakanad, Kochi, and it was an incredible experience! The place is just as stunning as the pictures on Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, Janice made us feel right at home. She was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable—such a thoughtful host! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Overall, the house is impeccably maintained, which really added to our relaxation and enjoyment. This property is truly a gem, and I hope all future guests treat it with care. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already planning to return in January or February! Thank you, Janice, for everything. If you're considering booking, do it now—this place is worth it!

The stay was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable visit. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although there was a minor issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi, the host communicated it clearly and handled the situation well. I would highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
