Miejsce naprawdę warte polecenia. Świetne zakwaterowanie na wysokim poziomie. Duża kuchnia, w której można zrobić wspólne gotowanie. Stół przy którym może usiąść 8 osób też zachęca do wspólnego spędzania czasu.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und das Haus waren sauber. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Alle beschriebenen elektronischen Geräte waren da und funktionierten. Haben nix vermisst, das ist selten. Als letztes Haus in der Sackgasse war es eigentlich ganz ruhig, es schallt aber von den Nachbarn und der Baustelle etwas zurück. Im September wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Wir würden wieder kommen, da auch die Kommunikation mit Tomislav sehr gut war.

10/10 WUNDERSCHÖNER URLAUB! Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit bei Celine verbracht! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und war wie auf den Bildern blitzeblank! Toller Kontakt mit Celine aber auch mit Maria, die uns in Empfang genommen hat. Ganz freundliche und herzliche Menschen. Ein schöner Pool, der regelmässig gereinigt und gewartet wird. Wir sind wirklich traurig, dass dieser Urlaub schon zu Ende ist. Wir waren bereits zum 6. mal in Kroatien und Vodnjan ist unser absoluter Lieblingsort. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🥰

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Haus ist sehr schön. Franko und Nensi waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Villa Grace ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We booked the villa sole for a week during the easter vacation and had a wonderful time; the host was extremely flexible, helpful and had great tipps for the region. The villa is a highlight, the heated pool was used all day long from all family members and the playground (boccia, golf, hiding, tree house, sauna) were used at length. We would also definitely recommend taking the breakfast as we got different meals daily and really nothing was missing on the menu. Some great local specialities as well! Wunderschöne Villa ! Sehr sauber und sehr modern ! Wir haben die Sauna und den Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kinder waren von der PS4 begeistert (Achtung, nur 1 Controller) 😄. Das Fliegen Problem haben wir gelöst, indem wir ausschließlich die Terrassentür geöffnet ließen, welche Vorhänge hatte. Diese hielten die meisten Fliegen draußen und es konnte trotzdem die Tür offen bleiben. Grillkohle, Anzünder & co mussten gekauft werden, - war nicht vor Ort. Auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. war nicht vorhanden. Ivana hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Aus dem Dorf heraus habe ich keine Spaziergänger Route finden können, deshalb musste ich stets mit dem Auto wegfahren um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Das Grundstück war jedoch perfekt. Schön groß und geschlossen, sodass unser kleiner Hund frei herumspringen konnte.

Schöne Unterkunft, einfache Kommunikation, sehr empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft von Goran bietet einen absoluten tollen, großen und sehr gepflegten Garten am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Familien (5 und 4 Personen). Die obere Wohnung (1. Stock) ist super für 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 2 voneinander getrennte Einheiten. Beide Einheiten haben je ein Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnraum und 1 Duschbad. Die vordere Einheit hat zudem noch eine Küchenzeile und eine Ausziehcouch, die meine Kinder nutzten. Die zum Pool liegende Wohnung haben wir als Lagerraum genutzt. Sollte man planen, das Haus mit 2 Familien buchen zu wollen, sollte man sich der Aufteilung bewusst sein. Der Komfort in der oberen Wohnung ist höher. Da sich unser Leben größtenteils im traumhaften Garten abgespielt hat, war das für uns nicht so wichtig. Goran und seine Schwiegermutter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können Goran und seine Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Danke Goran für die tollen 10 Tage bei Dir.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa Enigma verbracht. Es war alles perfekt. Toll eingerichtet, tolle Außenküche, schöner Pool, viel Platz! Das Haus ist freistehend und man ist hier wirklich privat. Keine Nachbarn, die stören. Einzig kleiner Nachteil: es gibt nur einen Schirm am Pool, daher relativ wenig Schatten. Alles in allem aber ein super tolles Haus! Die Kommunikation vor Ort war einfach und hat gut funktioniert.

Our stay at this stunning villa was simply unforgettable. The amenities were superb, and the decor was very lovingly arranged, leaving nothing to be desired. The attention to detail in the furnishings made our stay especially pleasant. Our entire family, including our dog, felt extremely comfortable here. It was a home away from home, where we immediately felt welcome. A huge thank you goes to our host, Sandra. She was incredibly hospitable and always available and helpful. Her warmth and support made our stay even more enjoyable. We are sure: We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Marinko ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft sowie der beheizbare Pool sind super und wie neu gepflegt. Mit der Poolheizung ca. 27 Grad Wassertemp. auch bei unter 20 Grad Luft nutzbar. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich wünscht und ist sehr modern. Privatsphäre ist auf dem ganzen Areal gewährt. Marinko hat uns sogar selbstgemachtest Olivenoel zur Verkostung geschenkt. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg und kommen sicher wieder. Besten Dank!

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Die Villa ist relativ gut gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe im Pool, man fühlt sich nicht beobachtet und kann entspannen. Man hat auch nur 10 min mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Grundsätzlich ist das Dorf eher ruhig gelegen. Die Villa war sauber, in der Küche war alles was man braucht vorhanden (außer Lebensmittel natürlich). Julie hat sich Mühe gemacht, dass alles für die Kinder vorbereitet war. Auch Milo, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und ist bei Problemen o.ä. innerhalb kürzester Zeit vorbeigekommen.

V domě jsme byli již podruhé a opět jsme byli velmi spokojení. Dům je velmi vkusně zařízený a nic nám nechybělo. Bylo velmi milé, že v domě byl na Vánoce nachystaný i krásně nazdobený vánoční stromeček a dokonce i s dárkem. Snad nám to někdy vyjde a přijedeme i v trochu teplejším počasí. Vše bylo dokonalé a Andreji moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou.

The house is very well equipped, located in a very quiet corner but close to a shop, restaurants, ice creams place, church or a wonderful local place with fresh fishes every day. Pool area is outstanding - the owners offer draught beer, separate mini kitchen with large freezer and additional fridge and dishwasher, separate bathroom with toilet and shower so there's no need to go into the main house. At the back of the pool area there is a huge area for children to play (volleyball, football etc). The house is clean and tidy. You will find everything you need. Aircon is fully working so If you need a bit of cool down you can hide at home. We have had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything Ruzica,😊We will be back definitely!!!

A fantastic home. We loved the outdoor pool and the dog loved the large fully enclosed garden. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. David greeted us at the property and responded quickly when we couldn't find the place. Says its number 19 but it is actually 57 on Google maps! Good location for visiting Pula and the coast line, highly recommend a visit to Rovinj too.

Es war alles perfekt, wunderschönes Haus, super schnelle Antworten auf Fragen! Toller beheizter Pool , einfach traumhaft!

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.
