We had 3 nights at this very charming apartment in a historic building. The apartment itself was so inviting with a very peaceful atmosphere. modern kitchen, comfy bed, great shower. The whole setup is great and we loved that we could just walk down Tinakori Rd with all it's amazing houses and quaint shops to look at. Very close to the botanical gardens. We had one minor issue which Sam helped us to sort out straight away. A very helpful. friendly host with quick response. A car park was a huge bonus too. We'd love to come back.

Jane's apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Wellington, on our way to Nelson and the South Island. It is ideally located for the ferries, and also offers easy access to the city centre and waterfront on foot or by bus (including a bus going to the Weta Workshop !). The kitchen is fully equipped and the roof terrace is great for a dinner with a view, weather dependent of course ! For rugby fans it is also located just opposite the stadium and you can enjoy some of the excitement if a game is on, but far enough to avoid the general noise throughout. Having the living area separate from the bath and bedroom areas (on separate floors) makes for a cosy evening post dinner. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to explore Wellington and the many parks of the upper hutt area.

Gorgeous studio with so many lovely touches! Had a great stay here - Toni was so friendly with some great recommendations and always quick the respond. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful walk up Johnson Hill to the skyline tracks really easily accessible from the house.

The flat was very peaceful. I slept great. Just the right size for us. Julie felt always available but never intrusive. It was like we were there on our own but any question we wanted answered was just a text message away. Plenty of facilities in the kitchen so we easily cooked a couple of nights. At the end of the day we would settle on the comfortable couch to cast a movie. I would definitely stay again. Julie is very thoughtful about guests' comfort. Car space is right near the flat entrance. Nice for Wellington where parking can be awkward.

Lovely place to stay with shops, pubs and transport links a short walk away in Johnsonville. Annouschka is an excellent host, quickly responding to queries and ensured the supplies provided (tea, coffee etc) was kept topped up! Stayed for 3 weeks, excellent.

It was lovely to stay at Janice's place for the weekend! Janice was super friendly, answered any questions I had. The place was lovely, I felt right at home. Easy to walk to the Johnsonville shops from there. Would definitley stay there again.

Very clean,quiet and spacious space which was perfect for my family of 4. Location was fantastic— a few minutes drive to Wellington CBD and the interislander ferry check-in. Parking space was super generous. Catherine was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Fabulous flat that’s been remodeled with lovely furnishings and so modern! Extremely clean! Looks better than the photos. So nice to have a modern flat in New Zealand… with the very useful split A/C heat pump. The owners obviously care about the guest experience by providing deluxe linens, well equipped kitchen, comfortable modern furniture and beds. The bedroom is very quiet despite the flat facing Tinikori road. Fast WiFi and a smart TV included as well. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, the CBD, The Botanical Gardens and Parliament If walking isn’t for you there is a bus stop 2 blocks away. A very wonderful 1 bedroom flat with plenty of space ! I will be back!

Pleasantly surprised how huge the house, was not expecting. Great place and nice view as well. Highly recommended.

Wow! What an incredible place! The views are outstanding and the layout and facilities are wonderful. An incredibly easy place to stay and Lynette was great to deal with. We loved our time at Lynette’s. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay, nice quiet and private street, very homely and lots of space, ideal for couple families staying together or a big family with plenty of bedding. Host was amazing and very quick and easy to deal with aswell 👌 great experience.

Lovely well cared for older home. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. A nice private backyard sheltered by walls on two sides and a mature hedge on the street side. A very walkable area with nearby Fish and Chips, restaurants, small grocery store and other shops. It was an easy drive to the ferry (our next destination) and nice to be out of the hubbub of Wellington.

Perfect location for a stay in Titahi Bay. Close to the beach but also very peaceful and private. Marilyn proactively helped us find our way and get settled. The house itself is beautiful and a wonderful place to have a holiday. Thank you!

This house is exactly as described in the listing. What the pictures and description can't convey, is the sense of complete contentment, relaxation and rejuvenation this home gives it guests. The ambience must be experienced to be understood. Waves constantly break (or lap gently) on the beautiful beach across the road in front of the house, the birds sing at dawn from the canopy of native trees on the slope behind the house. FIshermen, with their day boats launch from the slipway opposite and return smiling with their catch - and will GIVE you freshly caught fish in return for a friendly greeting. Elderly couples stroll by occasionally walking their dogs. Children are sometimes heard squealing with surprise as they wade into the cold water. Everyone is smiling, friendly but never forward or intrusive. Really, it's just a heavenly place to spend time. Authentic, unpretentious but with all amenities, mod-cons and equipment needed to make the stay unforgettable. A treasured Find !
