Stunning location, right on the beach front with incredible views and the sound of the ocean on your doorstep. The views and location exceeded expectations. The house is nicely renovated and perfectly setup for a relaxing time away. We were extremely happy with the home and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay here, it was extremely hot though and there is not an air conditioning unit. There was a fan but it was so muggy that air con would’ve been perfect. Great place and super tidy. Thanks heaps

Truly, a really special place that was so cosy and felt like the kind of home filled with warmth and happiness, that we could just stay in for a long time! An Exceptional stay! The place was very peaceful, hearing and feeling the breeze by the mini coconut trees is so relaxing on the mind. Everything was sparkling clean, super comfortable bed and sofa. Very convenient in just a minute walk over to cafes, supermarket and nice restaurants. Best of all, the Host is so nice and kind! We are so privileged to had the chance to stay here and we look forward to coming back for a long term stay! Thank you very much, Gerard for having us, and making this place such a wonderful memory and stay for us ❤️

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

felt like home, very relaxing. We had 3 generations in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Close to Opotiki if we needed to go out, but the cupboards were well stocked when we needed to stay in. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others. Thank you

True to description, great little courtyard for my little dog whom was very at home this place. Super close to everything, beach just over the road coffee shop on the corner, bayfair and the Mt close. Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very grateful to have a warm easy place to stay with a little dog. Thankyou so so much.
