We really enjoyed our 3 days stay. It is close to all shops and restaurants. Very clean place. with comfortable beds . It is actually better than photos. Pemmy is a very nice host with good communication. We will definitely come back. A+++

what a beautiful little gem of an apartment 😍 thank you Lynnette this was exactly what we were looking for during our short stay in Melbourne. The apartment had everything we needed and was right on the bay! perfect spot to walk and wind down before a major operation. 🥰🥰🏖

Andi’s beachside place is absolutely amazing. So close to everything; shops, beach, playground etc! Andi was terrific in communicating things to do around the area that were family friendly! Will definitely save this place for another trip in the future!

The location was fantastic, with most places like restaurants, cafes, the lake, and the supermarket within walking distance. The easy access to the ferry for Raymond Island was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

Great place to get away and relax, clean, great views and quiet! Thanks for having us.

From the moment we stepped in to Lisa’s house it felt like a home from home. Absolutely spotless, great views from the lounge window, close to the train station for getting in to the city. Also the little touches like leaving us a bottle of milk and sweet treats after 48hrs of travelling were very well received. I wish we could have stayed longer. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, met us at the property for check in and even checked during our stay to make sure we had no problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne without the hassle of being in the city.

We had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. It was in the perfect location, with the main shops, cafes and a playground for the kids a very short stroll away. The house was very clean and tidy, and had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

this house was beautiful with a family of 5 that stayed, it fit everyone so close to shops ,park train station so much room for people have their own space ,definitely coming back again in a few months, thank you Cynthia your home is just beautiful

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Great place to stay. Felt right at home.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Thanks for the stay Casa Encanto. The property was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, pet friendly and walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed that we didn't book an extra night's accommodation. We definitely would come back again.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

Diana‘s place was perfect for my needs. It was a small but thoughtfully laid out apartment with everything you need for a stay in Melbourne. I was able to walk to my destination and felt safe at night being a woman traveling alone. There were plenty of restaurants with takeout food or sit in, located in the area. Diana was a great communicator and responded quickly if I had a question. I would recommend Diana‘s place when staying in Malvern or Melbourne.

We enjoyed a great stay at Adam's place in Hawthorn East. Great to have onsite parking, a good balcony with table and chairs, and pet friendly!! Well equipped, comfortably furnished, good mattresses. The kitchen was great with an amazing array of implements, cookware, glasses, dishes etc, plus the pantry had more than we expected. Easy to operate smart tv provided entertainment and AC worked well. We used the washer/dryer and dishwasher and had a belated Christmas breakfast with our adult daughter. We will definitely book to stay again, it felt like our home away from home.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Bill n Krystle’s apartment was extremely comfortable, bright n clean. The location was 5 star. Two minute walk to eateries, fashion shops etc. Very prompt in responding to queries. Showed us all the extra amenities complex had. Highly recommend

We had another wonderful stay at Josephine’s beautiful beach condo. Perfect location! Great cafes & restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommend!
