Thanks for a lovely stay on the Marina. we enjoyed getting picked up from the private jetty by a fishing charter boat as well as by our friends in their boat. We also enjoyed braaiing outside overlooking the canal.

Our little family had an amazing holiday here. The proximity to the beach meant that our kids could get their beach fix often without us having to pack a car. It’s quiet, homely and there’s lots to do in the vicinity (Kenton on Sea is 15 minutes away). Loved it and will try and book it again next year!

Wonderful Kenton home with spectacular views. Easy walk to the river and the beach. Lovely amenities. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful venue for a large family. The accommodation is clean and well equipped with board games, books and DSTV to keep all entertained in the event of bad weather. We made plenty of use of the balcony on the first floor which has a beautiful setting overview Seafield. Instructions given by the host regarding access etc is very informative and we did not need for anything. A big thank you to the host and strong reccomend for those wanting to have an enjoyable stay with the family near the coast.

Awesome house! Would definitely book it again. Had everything we needed. Lovely garden, great outside area to have a braai and a meal. The beds were super comfy. The house felt very secure. We had a great stay!! Thank you Sally!

We have stayed all over the world with Airbnb and I can say that Ronelle is the best host we have ever had! She's an absolute pro! The house is magnificent! The location is superb! If you like waking up, going for a run, or fishing, or heading to the beach, then this is your place! Ronelle had suggestions for places to eat, beaches to visit, service provider to use etc... Nothing was too much! Everything that needs instruction in the house, is labelled! There are also things like kayaks and body boards, life jackets and canoes to use. Port Alfred is also in the heart of many beaches, farms and other attractions. I simply cannot recommend Ronelle's house enough!

Incredible stay. Such a well equipped home in a great location. The bird life was amazing and we spend hours sitting on the patio identifying different birds. Close to the shop and the slipway. Definitely value for money.

beautiful house on the banks of the river. comfortable even for a big family. spacious ,with modern finishes. loved the canoeing kids loved the nearby beach approx 1.2km from the house as well. nearest good shop is in port alfred though we didn't need anything in our 3 days . time went so fast wish we could start it all again lol.

We enjoyed our stay. The surprise scones were even better, we thought that was very thoughtful. The place is right by the beach so we experienced such beautiful views. The host was very responsive and easily accessible via phone

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was there to welcome us and provided all the required information. The accomodation was neat and tidy. Worth every cent. I would recommend to anyone planning a holiday trip or even an overnight stay in Boknes. I will definitely visit again in the future.

If you like an aesthetic surrounding that almost feels like you are connecting with nature i recommend this place. The Sound waves from the beach had a pleasing doppler effect for my ear, the place and the whole suburb is so peaceful.

Thanks to the hosts that were very friendly and helpful! This is a place to destress and unwind, so good for the soul. We’ve never been to the Eastern Cape and we saw some beautiful little towns and lovely countryside. The unit was comfortable and lovely decorated. We will be back!

Overall, I highly recommend The Lookout to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. The hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail truly set this B&B apart. I can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. Unbeatable views of the beach and the sound of the sea to sooth your soul. Erik is a great host, friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was there. You cannot beat the location. Private and serene. I can highly recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The grand babies loved the beach, as did the rest of us. Felt at home. Sad to leave but certain to be back.
