Perfect central location for our beach holiday. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go or just chill on the deck in the peaceful surroundings. We had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eddy's home. It had everything we needed for our summer holiday. The team were also very responsive to messages and requests for help. Would recommend staying there if you're looking for a spacious family home, that is well equipped and managed, in Bushmans River.

Wonderful venue for a large family. The accommodation is clean and well equipped with board games, books and DSTV to keep all entertained in the event of bad weather. We made plenty of use of the balcony on the first floor which has a beautiful setting overview Seafield. Instructions given by the host regarding access etc is very informative and we did not need for anything. A big thank you to the host and strong reccomend for those wanting to have an enjoyable stay with the family near the coast.

The place was lovely and had a to-die-for view. We could hear the sound of the ocean at night which was just amazing. The house is well kept and has all the convenient amenities. I would most definitely recommend the place to any family wanting to stay in Port Alfred .

Great location and value for money for a larger group. Gorgeous views from the deck and an easy walk down to the river. We loved it!

Sally’s home was everything we imagined and more! Hosting us as a family of 8-10, we had ample space, plenty of bedrooms, an amazing outdoor area with a braai and walkable distance to the beach! Sally was super helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend her house if you feel like a home away from home!

One word to describe the House = Amazing ! Great location, good family space, addition of pool is really a big plus , great view and close to quite a lot of places if you wanted to get out. Highly recommend the House and the friendly family like hosts 👍🏻 Hope we will have opportunity to come back in future

What a delightful couple Simon and Judy are not to forget Phoebe 🤣River Roost is a special place with a magnificent view of the river set in a spectacular garden with indigenous bush! We loved our stay and hope to visit again some day! God bless you Carey

Awesome house! Would definitely book it again. Had everything we needed. Lovely garden, great outside area to have a braai and a meal. The beds were super comfy. The house felt very secure. We had a great stay!! Thank you Sally!

We had a wonderful seven nights at Diana's place. The location is amazing with wonderful sea and golf course views. The house is well equipped and has everything that one could possibly require. We will certainly be returning.

We loved our stay at Robyn's place - it was beautiful and peaceful and just what we needed to relax, unwind and connect.

We had such a great stay. We liked that it had multiple living areas and spaced out rooms which gave each family their privacy, including bathrooms. Rob's place has a lived-in feel which makes you feel right at home.

This is probably the best view in the world! Thank you to Camilla for the beautiful house with literally anything that you may need. A clean house and a house that was designed to live in open spaces with beautiful views of both the river and the ocean. Camilla is very responsive, extremely helpful and very friendly. This was our 2nd time, looking forward to the third.

An amazing house with so much character, in the ideal location. Direct access to the beach out of the back garden makes this the perfect spot to unwind. A real gem, would love to come back and would recommend to anyone.

Great Stopover from Natal , on the way to the western Cape. Lovely parking next to the house, even enough space for our trailer to turn around. Good ground coffee provided with plunger, always a treat! Good communication with Margie that really helped, very friendly and responsive .

The location is great and price was excellent. Marika and Marc let us book VERY last minute which we greatly appreciated. We were a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) and we fit perfectly with lots of space leftover. We walked to the beach and lagoon, Pizzarella and felt safe in the neighbourhood. Instructions for the key pick up and deposit was easy, communication was good. Some parts of the house could use a better clean, but we allot that to our last minute check-in. Overall, fantastic price for what we received and would happily stay again.
