Peaceful place to stay a couple of days for sure. The cottage was cute, well furnished and decorated with some nice touches. This place will have you feeling right at home very quickly. I would stay here again.

A friend and I were in the area for a three day class at Quilted Strait. Wendy’s place was easy to find as it is very well marked at the road. She met us upon arrival and showed us around. The accommodations are spacious, super clean and anything you might need is available. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, shampoo, conditioner etc. She thought of everything. Also, there were fresh, delicious cookies waiting for us! I asked a few questions that I would have known the answer to if I hadn’t set a bag down on the table and covered up her provided information and she was always quick to kindly text back. The view here is lovely, big trees and a gorgeous bay. Enjoy!

Amber’s place was perfect for our group. Close to Victoria yet so quiet and rural. The home was cozy, clean and well equipped. A beautiful property with the added bonus of of a hot tub. Very well looked after and the host Amber, was wonderful and helpful.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.

Karen's place was great for our family. Quiet and plenty of room for everyone. Great location, quick drives to Ballard, Fremont, and other neighborhoods. Karen was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our family loved our stay at Strait Surf House! The house was beautiful, and the hosts truly made sure we felt at home, even down to small details. The waterfront view was breathtaking and the quiet, peaceful location could not have been better! Molly was so communicative and responsive. Overall, this place was a 10/10 - it was the perfect match of beautiful home, perfect location and great host! Highly recommend!!
