Amanda was an amazing host. She had great communication, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Place was peaceful, and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend Amanda and her house. I can assure we will be coming back to rent again. Top notch service.

A great getaway for our party of four adults and two small children. Lots of things to accommodate little ones (high chair, bed rail, house toys, beach toys, washer and dryer, and lots of towels). We did bring our own pack n play (and did not see one there). Well stocked for the grown ups too (comfy beds, plenty of seating, workable kitchen, cleaning tools to sweep up any stray sand). Amber was very responsive the entire stay. Easy drive across the street to the beach and great restaurant recommendations (island Italian, docs, and rock and roll sushi). We enjoyed the pool as well. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

The views from every window and balcony are beautiful. Anthony was extremely responsive from beginning to end, he even placed an extra amenity for us at the location prior to our arrival. You will love this place, there is something to do for every age group at the location and surrounding area. Thank you for sharing with us we will be back!!!!

Location is perfect...did the Art Museum, the USS Lexington, the botanical garden, Padres Island. The science museum and the Art Center, my two top places. Cole Park, directly across the street is great for walking, biking, and famuly fun. Ocean Drive is beautiful, it was a pleasant surprise 😲! The pool out back was nice to enjoy, even in February! Thank you!

Michael was a great host, we needed something on the island that was close to everything. He was very attentive!

we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

Kim was a great host. Whenever we had any concern she responded very fast. Place itself was very good. It was a clean and quite place and we felt right at home. Very closer to the beach - just 2 minutes walk. There were many restaurants, convenient stores nearby within walking distant.

They did a great stay, as a couple medstudents looking for a place to stay on rotations they were perfect! The unit itself was large, could comfortably hold four people and was less than ten minutes from the hospital. A great spot for traveling / locums healthcare workers or med students on visiting student rotations

The rental was very nice and clean. Leticia is very responsive and my grandma who is 96 years old was able to get in and out without any problems. The rental is very accessible even for individuals with limited mobility. I recommend 100%.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place! Our group loved staying here; it was very spacious and fun.

The host was very easy to communicate and answered questions promptly! Check in was super easy and the place was very cozy. We had a baseball tournament in Corpus and this place was very conveniently located near a lot, within 15 miles of the ballparks we played at. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!
