We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed our time just as much as last time. Nice and private. Spacious open places. Host was easy to work with.

This place fit our needs and our hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed the heated pool and the shade provided. I would recommend this place to others.

The house was very clean and super organized when we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic. Many items were supplied above the norm, ie, all paper products, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/filters, snacks and much more. There were a lot of toy and game options for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing and provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. The area has many good dining options, car or similar required. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to coming back hopefully soon.

My family and I had an enjoyable time together at Ali’s house. We played games (inside & patio area), took a dip in the hot tub, played pool and drove a short distance to the beach for a morning walk. Ali has put so many personal touches through the house these is you many to name—if you forget anything she has it covered for you ☺️☺️. If we are ever vacationing in this area again we would definitely reserve the house. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ~Gretchen

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

The place has more than enough room for a big family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is located within walking distance to town, where there’s shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach. It’s not too congested in the small town, which we loved not dealing with big crowds.

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!

Definitely a perfect little home for a vacation spot! The home was very clean and cozy. I loved how it was the perfect walking distance to the beach and to other restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful Spring Break at Cape Canaveral!! We invited friends to stay with us - a total of 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids - and there was plenty of room! The kids loved the pool and we walked to the beach everyday! It was nice to have separate living areas, so everyone could have their own space. There is so much to do in the area! We went to the Ron Jon Surf Shop, the girls got pedicures and walked on the boardwalk, the guys went shark fishing, and we enjoyed a large family dinner at the port! Highly recommended for large groups as the house felt like home for the 4 days we were there! Thanks for giving us and the kids an amazing getaway!!

This was a wonderful place for anyone bringing pets, the heated pool was a great asset. There was plenty of room with the open floor plan which made it very spacious and was well stocked with essentials. It's a convenient location. I do think the porch around the pool area could be cleaner. Melanie was great at responding.
