Schöne kleine Wohnung mit nettem Blick auf einen kleinen Platz. Der Strand liegt fast direkt vor der Haustür und man kann dort einfache Wanderungen machen und natürlich Baden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nacho. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Alcudia und haben den ersten Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter sehr genossen! Das Apartment eignet sich perfekt für Paare, aber auch mit einem (Klein-)kind/Baby. Akim war super erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, in 5 min ist man am Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der netten Nachbarschaft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist saubet und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luxus sind die 2 Badezimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In 2 Minuten ist man an der schönen Sandbucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Wasser.

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes, belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue. très bons échanges avec Colin, amical et réactif. Je recommande

Unser Aufenthalt in Eva‘s Unterkunft war sehr schön. Alles war sauber, die Lage ist schön und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Das AirBnb von Magdalena ist super. Wir waren in der Nebensaison für eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Ausstattung reicht um sich kleine Gerichte zu kochen und ein schönes Frühstück zu zubereiten. Gewürze/Öl etc. vorhanden. Waschmaschine läuft auch! Wlan ist sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand und ins Zentrum sind 2 Gehminuten. Die Lage ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum zum abstellen von Rad etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto Pollensa, made all the better by this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack. Large balcony overlooks the pool. Peaceful surroundings and very secure. Short walk to Pine Walk with the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit Blick auf den Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind direkt in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. nur 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Alcudia. Alles war sehr sauber und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Victoria war immer gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihr sehr herzlich. Toller Aufenthalt!

We are satisfied. The offer is very fair, as described by the host, it's a simple apartment near the beach. We can see it's the "grandparent's" apartment, so nothing fancy, but fair and has all you need for the stay. As seen in some other reviews, the area is quite busy with traffic and live music from the restaurant near, but you can live with that. The ceiling fans do a good job as there is no A/C, just make sure to close the glass windows in the morning and open in the evening, to keep the hot air outside.

Maria provided the perfect stay for us. We were there for a week of cycling and the location is excellent. Easy access to every route on the island and there's even a lovely cycling based cafe across the street. The apartment is really nice with a lovely garden. It was had everything we needed including laundry facilities. The apartment is on a really quiet street but also everything is walkable. All the restaurants, bars and shops are 5/10min walk. Maria was also a really great host. Quick to respond, really helpful and also happy to accommodate any request we had. This will be the first apartment I look for if/when I return to Mallorca.

L'appartamento è molto pulito, luminoso e spazioso, dotato di ogni comodità. Molto carina la piscina condominiale. Vicino al condominio ci sono molti supermercati, la farmacia e il lungomare con una bella passeggiata e molti ristoranti. Purtroppo l'unico parcheggio nelle vicinanze è sempre affollato e a volte è difficile parcheggiare; per il resto la posizione di Port Pollença è ottima per esplorare Formentor e il nord dell'isola

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wie zuhause gefühlt in Yanns Wohnung! Besonders das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind so liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Der große Balkon bietet Meer- und Bergblick, wir haben dort etliche Male gegessen. Die Lage war perfekt für uns: es gibt unzählige Restaurants und den Strand in Laufentfernung (auch mit Kleinkindern). Yann ist sehr bemüht,und versorgt seine Gäste mit vielen Tipps und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Man merkt, dass er selber oft vor Ort ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful apartment just a stroll from the beach, very quiet and private. Walk into the port was only 10 mins but lots of shops, cafe's etc on the way - would definitely stay again

Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Direkt um die Ecke (1min zur Fuß) gab es einen Supermarkt, der alles hat was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation über Homerti war super und sehr einfach. Am Anfang war es für uns etwas schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, das unser Google Maps uns ein falsches Gebäude angezeigt hat, auf Airbnb wird es aber richtig markiert! Alles in allem können wir es sehr empfehlen. Das einzige was wir zu verbessern hätten wäre, dass es super toll wäre wenn man den Whirlpool beheizen könnte, da dies leider nicht funktioniert.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à l'entrée de Port de Pollença, il est spacieux, la literie est bonne. Il est exposé Nord ce qui le rend frais. Nous y étions début Avril et y avons eu un peu froid au début mais dès Mai nul doute que la température y sera parfaite. Joan est un hôte très attentif, très réactif. Nous lui avions demandé d'ajouter un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute, tout était à l'appartement à notre arrivée. Enfin l'appartement est très propre et très paisible. Le jardin et la piscine sont très calmes. Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants et nous avons été ravis. Nous recommandons

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
