Good place. Has everything you need. High floor, great view from balcony. Had my workspace opposite the window and it was perfect. Clean condo, has gym, pool, shops and cafes. Thank you Maurice!

Great stay, the house have everything that meet our need! It is better if you have vehicle, no convenient store around as this is a new place, but there is a new shopping mall nearby.... anyway we enjoy the stay!

I had such a pleasant and peaceful stay at this place—there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. The house is comfortable, and from the moment I stepped in, it made me feel safe and happy. It’s fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a great homestay, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I slept soundly every night, thanks to the quiet location. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. I had a car with me, and parking was a breeze—it’s very easy to access the unit from the parking area. I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to Cyberjaya. Thank you!

Beautiful house. Neat and clean. Every room has been provided with extra mattress👍🏻 clean bathroom. Smart kitchen. Love the house. Just need to order grab food if u want to eat cause there is no mamak or restaurant nearby.

perfect host, walkable to the luxurious Mall. beautiful luxurious interior love the armoire and drawer space. perfect 5 star resort amenities. bright and private easy access from elevator. kind security staff. love the luxurious pools. clean grounds. easy grab ride access. stayed about a month perfect assortment of household toiletries provided by gracious host, Mint. Could live in this penthouse. didn't want to leave. my husband and I loved it. quiet penthouse free from neighbor noise, just loud Motos. great washer dryer and balcony clothes line setup. private balcony and amazing unobstructed views.

I had a fantastic stay here! My friends and I really loved the place—it was clean, cozy, and had a great vibe. The massage chair was a highlight, and we especially enjoyed the relaxing lepak spot in the backyard. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one night stay with my family at Roha homestay. It felt cozy and inviting, just like home. The space was well-kept and thoughtfully clean, making it easy to settle in and relax. home is beautiful. spacious n cosy for family to lepak around. we loved the dining space. sufficient amenities provided. Jesh responsive to all queries always. friendly host. hope to stay again in near future. perfect for staycation. Netflix available, cosy sofas to relax on, comfy bedding, clean bathroom with good shower. will surely recommend this place.

Good place to stay as is it near the beach and the whole environment was clean

So happy we stayed here instead of an expensive hotel at the airport. It is about a 15-20 ride there but had everything we needed and more! Lots of thoughtfulness went into the apartment. There was even a prayer rug for my Muslim husband. Only a couple things could be improved— had a bit of an issue using the washer, the AC didn’t cool the whole apartment and the bed was quite hard. However, the host was very responsive and we were still happy with the apartment.

Great place, easy access and secure

Meen is great host. The host greets me like a friend. The place is quite nice and feels like a hotel one. Coway water purifier, cloth dryer and two parking spot provided are plus points compared to other stay, and of course at the affordable price. Grab food can be delivered at your door step as well. Low light about the apartment are no lift from the parking and only several electrical socket can be used although the quantity quite a lot. Not sure about this, maybe I am the one who didnt know to plug in. Other than these two, are considered acceptable and quite well. Overall, I am satisfy with my stay there for 3 nights. Thanks Meen for hosting me..! Will not hesitate to rent again when I come to Putrajaya next time.

For a big family, it is a good place to stay. It has all basic needs -swashing machines, kitchen ware, 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms.

Hew was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Apartment was clean and comfortable with good aircon, bathroom and kitchen. If you need somewhere close to the airport this is perfect.

The place is really nice! the decor is pretty, and the view is amazing. It’s super peaceful, which made my stay really relaxing. Plus, having a grocery store and a mamak downstairs was so convenient! The pool is great, and the coffee machine was a nice bonus. The host was really helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a really comfy and well-located place. Would definitely stay here again!
