Tuale's place felt like a secure enclave one would want to resort to after a tiring day. I had the best sleep since arriving the country on my first night. This apartment is cocooned in a private estate, 3 gates/doors get you to your bed. My booking was quite late and so I arrived the property an hour later. The place was prepared and fragrance that was calming. The host was in town to warmly welcome me. The room temperature was just perfect and stayed so all through. No power cuts all of my stay here thanks to the inverter systems. Oh and for the first time Airbnb'ng in Nigeria after a few years, a host was thoughtful enough to leave some complimentary bottled water on arrival. Phew! Come along with your music Playlist as there's a nice Bluetooth speaker. The additional Alexa speaker made me feel just at home as I have a few of those around my home personally. 1000% recommend this spot if you're in PH. As you'd be given proper welcome. There's a lot of great spots not far off.

Ukadike’s place is the best apartment I’ve stayed in port harcourt. His staffs are well mannered down to the gate man, everything in the house was extremely neat. I will recommend this place for you, if you ever need an apartment to stay in port harcourt. Thank you Ukadike for being a great host! I will surely come back again!

If you planning a trip to Ph, this is the place to be !! Spent 6 nights here with my family and we felt right at home. Location was great, in a secure environment. Esther was always available to answer every question we had and the security men there, always on standby to assist. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back again. Thank you Esther.

The apartment was as described and in a great location. The hosts and apartment managers were courteous and responsive. The complementary breakfast was also a very nice gesture. Will definitely recommend.

Iconic Holiday Home.

The place is great, 5 stars, extremely clean. Close to an everyday market and also rumuola market. Close to GRA and Treking distance to Pleasure park. Chuba is a great host and communicates very well. I would repeat my stay and recommend this place to friends who want to visit PHC and stay in a comfortable place.

I stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment with my sister for a week. The apartment is located in a gated and secure estate which made it feel safe as all visitors need to check in at the gate. The apartment is as described with very spacious lounge, kitchen and rooms which had been cleaned prior to our checking in. Also, there is 24/7 power through an inverter system that automatically kicks in when power supply is cut off - as expected in Nigeria :). The host, Nora was very responsive and check in was smooth as there was someone at the apartment to let us in and attend to us if there were any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when next we are in PH.

A cozy, quiet 1 bedroom getaway

The place is really nice, situated in a choice location in GRA, it looked better than pictures; the swimming Pool and gym there was a delight, I enjoyed my stay very well, it was just the place I needed to stay. Dogiye and Alex (his manager) were very reachable and did all they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and were very quick in response. my only suggestions will be, please provide more towels; my stay was long (over 2 weeks). I was given only 1 towel and told to get myself towels for further use... I think for such a long stay guest; giving them more towels to use , changing the towels (or allow them handle the towels )will be more appropriate; also the light(electricity) schedule, the available inverters only works with TV, fans and bulbs; the A/C, Microwave, Fridge needed generators(or PHCN) to work; the generator time schedule wasn't adhered to strictly and in long PHCN outage, food storage became a problem. overall, it was a very good stay, I'll sure recommend.

Chizurum was always on call if you needed something or there was an issue. It was a bit late but I needed some basic essentials so Chizurium and Austin offered to take me and my sons to a lovely shop which had everything and not too expensive. The Flat is lovely place as I had relatives come to visit. Security is brilliant. I would stay here again when next visiting.
