Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This little apartment was perfect for what we needed. Although we did not do any exploring around town, main street had very interesting shops and lots of things to do around the corner from the apartment. We will definitely return to explore and have a more relaxed visit. The beach was right down the street two houses down which was very nice for quick easy access to beach activities. Great little place!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. What an absolutely lovely place to stay. The moment we opened the door I was in love!!! We could not have asked for more…close to the beach, private and tucked away, beautiful and stylish decor…we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool!!!

This place is amazing!!! You have to visit. Right on the beach and a huge spacious house. The host is helpful and provides all required info. The house is equipped with literally everything.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

The location is great and the ocean view from the balcony and living room was my absolute favorite part. The bed and couch were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet.

We had such a wonderful time here! Amazing location to the beach, delicious restaurants, and grocery store. We loved using the bikes for a quick ride to the harbor and downtown too. The house itself was comfortable and felt just like home. Would recommend and even stay here again!

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

Easy to find! Do not expect to get a sports car into the driveway. I have a 911 with a front end lift system and it would not fit. The location is nicely located within walking distance to the sand, restaurants, Port Hueneme scene and a short drive to anything between Santa Barbara and Westlake Village. Would stay again.

Great stay! The host was attentive, the location was perfect—a short walk to the beach—and the thoughtful touches, like a fire pit for morning coffee, really made it special. Highly recommend!

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful weekend girls trip here! Location is incredible—right on the beach and you fall asleep listening to the waves crash. The townhouse was very comfortable and had the added bonus of a spacious en suite bathroom in every bedroom. Would definitely visit again!
