Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Stayed for 4th of July and there was plenty to do at the Harbor. This location had plenty of extras in the garage and the hot tub was nice to relax in at night. You are able to walk to the beach and restaurants are very close.

Cindy and Seth are amazing hosts and people. They show so much kindness and care and I highly recommend staying at their Airbnb. Thanks for everything

It was very clean and we loved the décor and spacious, private yard. He provided everything we needed for our stay and the built-in water filter was great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty’s house. Her house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. What a treat to be able to cook family dinners during our stay! The location is peaceful, serene and convenient to hiking, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Thank you Patty!

The Casita was a unique retreat. The view overlooking the (distant) Pacific Ocean was phenomenal and the peaceful surroundings filled with birds was much appreciated. Deborah and Peter were attentive and friendly hosts. Our dog was warmly welcomed and enjoyed interacting with the host Labrador! The trip up and down the hill was challenging but part of the mystique. The bed was super comfortable, the bath and shower were phenomenal. Overall, a five-star experience!

This place absolutely blew my mind. Stunning views, massive space and secluded from the rest. I most definitely will revisit this place. A gem hidden in the hills of Malibu.

Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

We loved staying here. The property is peaceful and quiet with farm animals to visit nearby. The home was warm and cozy and was stocked with everything we needed and more. My girls enjoyed seeing the animals and playing the games that were provided. We can't wait to visit again!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our staycation at Jamie’s cottage! The neighborhood was very quiet, check-in was easy, and there was always parking in front of the house. There are also some walkable restaurants/coffee shops, and it’s a very quick drive to downtown Ventura. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this little hummingbird cottage. We were in town for a specialty dog show and it was a great place to call home base and a place to relax. My 2 corgis loved the safe yard, but since it was fire season we didn't use the fire pit. Hope to stay again next year when we are back in town!

Absolutely unreal location! So grateful to have found this gem. Would love to come back. The hike right down the street was amazing, and loved the creek and peaceful energy.

Nice, clean, lots of room, and quiet. No surprises at all. Gated entry with steep driveway. Responsive host and easy to follow directions. Highly recommend. Very nice and close to highway. We chose location because it was 15 minutes from a wedding venue in the Palisades. It's also about 45 minutes from Warner Brothers studios.

We had a great time here! Booked very last minute and ended up being almost perfect! Main pros were location, beach access, provided beach toys, very comfy bed. The view is exactly as depicted in photos. So not completely oceanfront but can see and hear the ocean just fine. Construction noise as mentioned in other reviews was not an issue for us. Very cozy small place, worth the price for location. And was very clean. We had issues with the grill which was a bummer but they came and fixed as soon as I mentioned. One thing to note is the sofa bed was very basic. Great for our kids but would not recommend putting an adult on it. Also I was very confused by reviews stating the kitchen was very well stocked. That threw us off as we were planning on cooking every meal. No mixing bowls, and exactly 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 bowls…next time I’ll bring paper plates for serving etc. Would definitely come back! Look forward to booking again.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

A really lovely gem in the hills. Great retreat for family time. Mine loved it…even the grandchild said it restored his juices.

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Our stay at Christine and Dennis’s place was top notch. They are wonderful hosts. Their place is cozy, clean, and quiet. The agricultural ambience of Moorpark is refreshing too. It makes for a great home base while staying on the outskirts of a huge city. It’s close to some great dining as well. Check out Magma Pizzeria. It will not disappoint.

What an extraordinary experience staying up the hill for four nights. It’s just as good as the photos, or better. Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen, and Murray was extremely responsive and helpful. The drive up the hill is a bit tricky for a low-slung car but once we made it up there, we did not want to leave. Looking forward to our return visit.

Gloria was a fantastic host. The 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family…very clean, spacious, well appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many restaurants and stores. Gloria was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

What an absolutely lovely place to stay. The moment we opened the door I was in love!!! We could not have asked for more…close to the beach, private and tucked away, beautiful and stylish decor…we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool!!!
