I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This little apartment was perfect for what we needed. Although we did not do any exploring around town, main street had very interesting shops and lots of things to do around the corner from the apartment. We will definitely return to explore and have a more relaxed visit. The beach was right down the street two houses down which was very nice for quick easy access to beach activities. Great little place!

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. Larry and Nancy were excellent hosts. The space was very clean, and had everything one could need/want. Larry was a wonderful communicator, and so helpful down to the smallest details. The ocean view is absolutely breath taking, and the space was just perfect for me. Nearby to supermarket, and some Resturant’s. And most importantly just a few mins drive to beautiful beaches. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We had a great time here! Came for a cycling trip with some friends. Very clean and comfortable with a convenient location. Todd was very receptive and helpful. Would come back! ☺️

They were prompt and friendly in the one time we needed to call . This location was near the grocery store, a few restaurants and walking to ti beach.. and both parks. It was the best part of stay for overnights with our grandson. ..oh.. and donut shop. Beds and accommodations newly remodeled and were very comfortable!

We really had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The house was beautiful and as described. Our family has two individuals that use walkers and the layout was just perfect. However, when we came in to the house to explore, it took us a moment to find the other master! It was off the garage area and I thought for a second a booked a house that was not big enough! Lol. Todd was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was very peaceful (except for the minor construction going on next door but that won't be a longterm problem, and nothing that should prevent you from visiting!). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back to Todd's place the next time our extended family has another party! Thank you again Todd for everything!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

Great place had a real nice yard for sitting outside and our dogs had a good fenced yard. The area was good for us to walk our dogs. It was also easy access to activities in the area. The house was just as you see it very nicely done.

This is a beautiful Airbnb that’s well equipped and has super comfy beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you won’t have trouble sleeping here. If you don’t do well with stairs, this won’t be a great option as there are three levels with the primary bedroom being on the top floor and laundry is located just behind the entrance.

I would recommend this place. very cozy fair price people in the neighborhood are friendly and so are the sea lions. . The house has everything you need. the beach is huge!!!!

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

I was on the hunt for a cozy, cool place for our family of 5 with 2 grown children and 1 teen to enjoy family time together. We initially chose Oxnard b/c of its proximity to Sunburst Railbikes which we were eager to experience. However, narrowing down our exact accommodation, I was intrigued to read not one but three reviews that stated this was the best Air B ‘n B ever stayed. I am now the 4th to say that. Loved how central the townhome was to shops, eateries, hikes and adventures yet how delightful it was to stay in and watch movies on the 3rd floor. The decor and color palette of each room was just right, evoking a warm, peaceful feeling. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was remarkable. All 5 of us were thrilled to enjoy such a memorable vacay in this lovely home away from home!
