Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

I was in town for a conference and this place was a nice retreat to come back to. Would recommend staying here, the scenery is beautiful.

I had the most amazing weekend stay! Right on the ocean you can hear the waves perfectly and we saw dolphins multiple times from the balcony. It was so peaceful watching the sunset with quick and easy access to the ocean. Tons of stunning beaches and things to do nearby! Hosts are extremely kind and responded so quickly. Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

This was a great place to stay. It’s right on the beach and very quiet. The WiFi was fast - for those that have to catch up on work while you’re away. There’s good coffee in the room. The bed was comfortable and had great pillows. We’ll be back to stay another time. Definitely recommend.

Paul’s place was awesome. Can’t beat the location being so close to the beach. We loved the retro vibe with the knotty pine walls. Located on a nice quiet street. A safe walkable neighborhood. Paul’s a great host, made sure we were comfortable and didn’t have any issues. Hope to stay here again if we visit this area in the future.

Great location in a safe neighborhood! There was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. The only things missing were Kleenex and paper towels. Tao was very responsive and understanding. We needed an early check-in and a late check-out due to the marathon, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend his place!

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

An absolutely fantastic stay! This cozy and charming home in Ventura is perfect for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to the beach, bike path and breathtaking coastal views. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and local spots just a short drive or walk away. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a true home away from home. Sam was an outstanding host, friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful and welcoming space. We had a great stay. The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked. Having so much space in the house was great for all the kids and adults. We can’t say enough about the location! We will stay again!

Our stay at Lakefront house was amazing. Everything matched as described, even more - all 3 beds were super comfortable, made feel like home! Clean and plenty towels in the bathroom. Place was clean and cozy. So close to Westlake Village where we mostly did spend our time. Also close to Ventura fwy 101, which is quite busy and if you’re light sleeper, it may impact your sleep. In general, it was a real pleasure to stay there and the host is super responsive with any questions. Thank you! ❤️☀️

Wow! What an amazing stay in Ventura, thanks to Daniel and his amazing condo right on the beach! Very safe and adorable area of town. The condo is beautifully decorated, spotless, and best of all - has an incredible view with spectacular sunsets, which are highly photogenic. The jetties outside the condo (which you can see in the view) are home to limpets, crabs, barnacles, mussels, and other fascinating marine creatures. The kitchen was stocked with basics (salt/pepper/oil) as well as all the pots/pans/cutlery you need for home-cooked meals. 2 gas fireplaces and chef stove/oven - I wish I had these at home! Walkable to restaurants/coffee/groceries, and just a few minutes drive to even more tasty and trendy restaurants. High quality toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/body wash) from a local shop. If you are considering staying at Daniels place - book now! You will not regret it.

This is our third stay at Angela's lovely home. My daughter and I are very fortunate to have found this Airbnb as it is located in one of our favorite spots in the world - Westlake Village. We love the close proximity to the lake and all the wonderful shops, cafes, and restaurants. The house itself is the definition of coziness. My favorite thing to do is take my coffee out onto the little patio in the morning and look at the lake. Thank you Angela for being such a gracious and welcoming host!

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.
