Vivian and Leo, thank you! You really have a well-appointed Airbnb. Clean, nice quiet neighborhood, great use of space along with some thoughtful design aesthetics. We were visiting for a hockey tournament and this is a 5 minutes from the Kraken Iceplex. There is a grocery store down the road. Good to know/see there is a 2nd unit nextdoor in case the next time we need additional bedrooms. Will rebook for sure next time we are visiting.

Marco was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. Everything was stocked well with anything you could possibly need. Very nice neighborhood, private and quiet neighbors. They had games available to play and it was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

It’s a lovely home in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a weekend away. We would love to come back in the summer and explore the beaches. And the view, as stunning as the pictures are, they can’t even do it justice. Just incredible. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends.

Perfectly located Airbnb if you want to be in the heart of Columbia City! Down the block from the main commercial strip of the area and walkable to parks, the grocery store, Lake Washington, and more. The space itself is nicely designed and well laid out. My family was super comfortable with their stay and had a great time. Stayed during the late winter so didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyward but would definitely book it again in the summer, as the backyard set-up looked fab!

This was one of the best Airbnb experience we have had in some time. We came here with 2 very young kids and everyone had a wonderful time. The location and house is amazing!! it's super quiet and peaceful!. The owner who lives underneath the rental property is such a sweet guy! very nice and made us feel right at home. everything in the house is modern and clean, great application and amenities to add on to a full kitchen. they also had toys and books for the kids to keep them busy and entertained. loved the house

Nara made me feel right at home. I arrived very late, but was able to easily gain access to the rental. There was plenty of room for myself and my pets. I felt safe and the location was private. I walked around a private neighborhood loop many times and waved to the neighbors who waved back. I am an independent guest and Nara allowed me that privacy while taking care of her home. I had a couple of small updates and requests. Nara was very responsive and always friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and I expect other guests will have a similar experience. Thank you Nara!!

Our stay was short but Kevin & Michael were such excellent hosts. The place was immaculate, spacious, and as described in their listing. When we had some concerns, Kevin immediately responded to resolve the matter, going above and beyond his host duties. We couldn't have asked for a better host. if we're back in Seattle - we will definitely book their place again.

I moved to Seattle recently and stayed at Katya and Lee’s home while settling in. I could not have been happier with this decision, and felt right at home during my stay. Katya was highly responsive throughout my booking process and stay, and checked in with me to ensure everything went well. I also had to adjust my booking dates at one point, and she was very understanding and supportive. Her home is exactly as described and offered everything I needed (and more) for a comfortable stay—from her fully equipped kitchen, to the heated bathroom floors, to the memory foam bed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident. The residential area was also peaceful, safe, and walkable. For anyone in search of a cozy and well-equipped home to stay in, look no further. I would happily recommend Katya’s to my friends/family, and would be delighted to stay again!

I LOVED staying here… felt snuggled in by the forest. So many extras to make me feel so comfy and welcome. Extremely comfortable and slept really well, which is unusual for me. Also had a great hike from their property to the state park! Highly recommend!

This is my third time staying at Donna's place and that's for a good reason. It's a lovely place with a nice kitchen, comfy beds, off-road parking, and a super attentive host. The spot is great and me and my group always enjoy our stay.

Excellent location and worked well for 6 people. (3 couples). Clean and looks like the pics. An old home so has some sloped floors and if winter a little drafty but fireplace and heating adequate. Excellent for the price and quick responsive host. It was very easy and no car needed for town. Would book again.

Jay’s place at Alki was great. Perfect for a couple and so close to restaurants and the water. We were visiting our daughter who lives near Alki so it was the best location for us. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach.

From start to finish our stay at Amy’s place was very easy and comfortable. Amy got in touch with check-in details prior to our stay, sent a message after we arrived to make sure everything was okay, and was available in case we needed anything. The place was very comfortably furnished, with a great bed, comfortable living room furniture, and cozy fireplace-style gas heaters, as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. It is a beautiful setting surrounded by woods and very quiet.

Absolutely beautiful space that has been wonderfully preserved for history

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

We had an amazing time at Stephanie's place. For starters, we asked if the yard was fenced because we had our dogs. The yard was not fenced, but she said she would put up a temporary fence for us. This was a ton of work for her and we were amazed that she was willing to do it. The house is off a little gravel road with a huge open yard so you feel like you're out in the country. No one goes down the road except the people in the 5 or so houses along it. Neighbors were friendly. Despite the country feel, you are walking distance to grocery stores, the post office, restaurants, Gilman Village and, if you're up for a slightly longer walk, downtown Issaquah with more restaurants, the Village Theater, Salmon Hatchery, etc. We saw deer in the yard, a bobcat and tons of birds. The location could not be better. Stephanie was a very responsive and accommodating host. We felt sad leaving and if we'd known how much we'd like it there, we would have stayed longer.

Exceeded all expectations. Home was extremely sizable, very well maintained, and in a great area in close proximity to quite a few conveniences.

Lara’s home and property is everything we were looking for on our vacation- quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. There was plenty of space for the three of us to spread out and feel like we each had our own private getaway. The pathway to the beach is set up perfectly, making it easy to transition from the house to the water. The decks all have picturesque views and allow for uninterrupted viewing of the local wildlife. Lara is a wonderful and welcoming host, and her home clearly shows it.
