The bus has been transformed with style, offering a comfortable bed, a self-contained kitchen, refrigerator, TV and couch. Our son had the best time exploring the farm, meeting the animals, and picking fresh blueberries straight from the plant. The outdoor swings and toys kept him entertained for hours, and the highlight of our stay was the wonderful tractor ride given by the owner—it was such a unique and fun experience for the whole family! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air made it a perfect getaway from the city. We would highly recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing and fun-filled farm experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location - just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Torquay, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, but with plenty of serenity and privacy. The cottage had everything we needed and checking in was simple. Great value accommodation. Thank you!

OMG—this place is perfect! As an OCD person, I appreciated every thoughtful detail. One of the best staycations we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a hug. Everything around the place was thoughtfully labeled for convenience, and we noticed countless small touches we’ve never seen elsewhere—homemade jams, a birthday cake (a highlight for me), kids' toys, books, utensils, and a super comfy portacot. We didn’t even use the toys and books we brought for our toddler! The cleanliness was impeccable—we walked barefoot, and our feet stayed spotless. Great location, just 10 minutes from everywhere we visited, including Woolies and Aldi, and BWS in Seville. The stunning view showcases the beauty of Yarra Valley. This place is a 10-star experience! Huge thanks to Brigitte and John for making our holiday unforgettable.

A seriously great property, private and had everything you need for a weekend away. Jenna was amazing and responsive to all our needs. We were also welcomed to a fresh loaf of bread, jam and butter which was super thoughtful

Beautiful property in a peaceful area, close to beaches and lots of great restaurants and cafes at Mornington. Peter was very welcoming and gave us some extra goodies for our stay. Very dog friendly - our dog loved it there. Our favourite part was the beach box where we spent lots of time enjoying the paddle board and BBQ in a great location! Would be happy to return.

We had a lovely stay, communication with the host was easy. Keep in mind the neighbours are very close by. But everything was still lovely.

The kids absolutely loved interacting with the animals—it was such a great experience for them. We had a fantastic stay at Misty Hill, it is a beautiful property and we enjoyed feeding the sheep and goats. Penny was so helpful through the entire stay, even setting up a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep our toddler safe. There was so many fun things in the house available for kids to play with during their stay, such as dolls, books, building blocks and even a kids sized table. There is even more outside with a cubby house, swing set and toy train track. We would highly recommend any families to stay here.

Fantastic place, arrived on a hot afternoon and the place was cool just with windows open, must be well insulated, we only needed the aircon for one night out of five. A few klm out of suburbia it bridges both worlds, so close to wineries, and country drives, yet also supermarkets, restaurants, and other urbane cultural delights - will look to stay again if we ever venture that way 👍🏼

What a lovely place! Mim really takes care of her little farm. The experience was even more lovely walking around the farm and hearing the stories of Mim’s beautiful animals.

This place was so lovely and peaceful. It had everything you needed with a beautiful cosy view from the kitchen, couch and your own bed. my husband and I had a lovely few days stay here. Nice and close to the beach and the main shops. we will definitely be back again.

We had an excellent stay at Julie's accommodation. The place was modern, spotless, well-equipped, and in a private and peaceful setting, well away from any busy roads. Juliet is an excellent host who really thinks of everything. We would highly recommend this accommodation and plan to return as soon as we can.

We had an amazing stay at Frans place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to wineries and amneties , yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Geoff was a wonderful host! We loved the place and so did our 3 dogs. He was super friendly and the house is one of the most well equipped we have stayed in. Our fave part was the outdoor space and the little hut on the damn. Geoff also gave us great local recommendations. 10/10 host. Will be back!

We had an absolute blast at Andre and Paulines, we loved the serene natural surroundings and especially the front porch overlooking the strawberry farm! It was just soooo peaceful! Just what we needed! We attended a wedding at Coombe which was literally a 3 minute drive away so, super easy after the wedding to get back home. The cottage is as cosy as they come with beautiful natural light streaming in. Everything was so clean! Cleaner than a 5 star hotel! Beds and pillows were very comfy and I’m a little particular with that! Very happy! We were treated to coffee pods, milk, fresh bread, a fresh block of butter and homemade made rhubarb/strawberry jam which was to die for. Our hosts were beautiful and accommodated our needs as I travelled with aged parents. We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for a beautiful stay!! See you soon!

We had a wonderful time at this air b n b! The perfect place for our group of 10 to stay for a wedding. The view is spectacular, we were very sad to leave.

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!
